@RetroOrville Thanks for the info. Almost 1,200 miles from my location. Do you have any recommendations for movers / freight companies from your experience selling your other items? I'd like to get a quote to see what we're dealing with. Feel free to respond through the message I sent you. Thanks again.
@autofileclassics: Exactly 6’5” x 26.5” x 15”
@autofileclassics: I am in Lakeway, TX. You would need a freight transport to ship the cabinets. The collections with cabinets should include dimensions, but don’t see this one (I will get for you, roughly 6’10” x 30” x 18”) and weight would be approximately 80-100 pounds. Glass shelves can be packed separately, but cannot be disassembled.
@RetroOrville Not sure why I didn't see this before as I've been watching your other auctions. Could you please provide the dimensions of the cabinet including weight. Also, does it come apart for either shipping or transport? I'm in Chicago and have been reluctant to bid on your awesome lots due to the size and obvious shipping difficulty. I'll also send you a message through the system. Thanks,
George
@PCGT2005: I apologize, I just picked up your offer. I would take $1200. Want it?
Offer in the amount of $1,000
@insite94: We will be here!
@RetroOrville I'll keep my eyes on these pages. Depending on what remains, and if you are up for an in-person visit, I'll be 'sorta' nearby at the end of Feb. I envision renting a U-Haul and driving home. :-D
@Insite94: Thanks. Feeling dejected on this one. Selling 45 different collections here, over the next several weeks. Keep watching here!
Hi Seller - what a unique collection! As I'm in Reno, NV (about 1800 miles away), this isn't for me. But I'm sorry to see this go un-noticed by bidders, and I wish you best for a Deal Tank sale. Cheers and Happy New Year. Buzz
Welcome to our 4th collection sale. This one is focused on all prototypes. The concepts date back to the 1938 Duesenberg. I have collected these over the years and now selling with the custom display cabinet.
