Available for auction is a Porsche GT3 wall clock with Manthey rim disc. The wall clock’s rim was cut and repainted then the rim disc was installed which was made by Manthey. The quartz movement is located in the central locking nut and the black steel frame was attached to simulate the tire. 
The clock comes with the mounting material for easy installation. The clock measures 24” in diameter and has a weight of approximately 20lbs. Whether you are a Porsche enthusiast or collector of automobilia, this Porsche wall clock would make an excellent addition to any living space or collection.

Unfortunately, the reserve was not triggered yesterday, we are open to offers in the deal tank.
I hope you understand that we couldn't let the watch go for the price.
The rim disc alone costs around 2000 USD a used GT3 rim is around 1000 USD.
Then the central lock is still missing and especially our working time to cut the clock to paint etc.
The pictures are not very good, not our greatest strength. The watch is much more impressive live and really a very special unique piece especially with the black border.

A few more words about this great wall clock. We took an original 20 inch GT3 rim, cut it and repainted it. Then we took a Manthey rim disc and installed it, then we took a central lock nut, installed a quartz movement. For the valve seat we used a beautiful Porsche crest which also serves as a 12 o’clock display.
In addition, we have attached a black metal frame which functions as a tire.
All in all a very extraordinary unique piece, just by the use of the original parts. We also did not find another rim clock, which has such a black border that acts as a tire.
