Available for auction is this sculpture by Sal Erato, capturing the Porsche 917, in the colors made famous by Steve McQueen in the 1971 movie "Le Mans", at 220 mph along the Mulsanne Straight. The sculpture is made of a resin casting, air-brushed in Porsche Gulf colors, as shown. The background is hand-fabricated wood, painted with acrylic. The sculpture, reported to be in flawless condition, is the perfect addition to an office, business, club room or dream garage. Included with the sale is a specially designed wall-mounting bracket.
