Available for auction is an original Porsche 914 Saratoga top. The Porsche 914 Saratoga top was an aftermarket accessory that was designed to replace the standard convertible top on the Porsche 914 sports car.
The Saratoga top is a translucent hardtop that provided improved insulation and security compared to the factory top. It was also designed to be easily installed and removed, allowing the driver to switch between the two tops as needed. The Porsche 914 Saratoga top was a popular option among Porsche 914 enthusiasts, and it is still sought after by collectors today.
While it was never an official Porsche accessory, the Saratoga top was well-regarded for its quality and performance, and it remains a coveted addition to any Porsche 914.
Don't miss your opportunity to own a stunning and rare example of an original Saratoga top. The buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and fees.

@ TheGerman - Saratoga Top made a version for the 911 but not sure if it’ll fit a 964. I think the difference is in the latches. Too bad nobody is making these anymore, but I get it. How many can they sell, since they aren’t making these cars anymore. The tops would probably be extremely expensive.

Do you know wether there is a similar roof for a PORSCHE 911 964 Targa from 1991in the US??
@gregtrueb and @twin-grille-roadster - I picked up a TV/Picture moving box from Home Depot and will use that to ship the top. Dimensions are 55" x 40" x 6" at approximately 30 lbs. Please use those numbers to calculate shipping cost with your preferred carrier.
@gregtrueb - just the seal ends are distorted from storage, see photos 29 and 30. Top itself is not distorted and in excellent condition, no hard scratches, and not hazy.
Bid in the amount of $500
@Adguy924CGT - No handling fees here, there's a buyer's fee to PCAR. Actual shipping cost.
@WQQDYS the top itself is distorted or the seals?
Is Seller going to help prepare to ship?
Bid in the amount of $220
How much would delivery to 03901 be? Thank you.
@WQQDYS can you give a general idea of the amount of handling and fees as stated in the listing? Also, will shipping be at actual cost?
@MaukaSide - More photos added. Thanks for asking, those are important questions.
Two corners are a bit distorted from storage. May need to leave in the sun for a couple hours to restore its shape.
@Killerbs54 - Thanks for your input.. My fault for not contacting PCAR to correct.

Can you post some close up pictures of the seals on all (4) sides? Interested to know their condition, and, are they the exact same seals as would have been used in the factory top, or are they unique to the Saratoga top?

The 914 never came with a soft top as mentioned in the write up. The factory top was a solid hard top and the advantage of the Saratoga top was it was translucent which let some light in.
