Available for auction is a Vendo V-44 Coke Vending Machine, manufactured in the late 1950’s by Vendorlator Manufacturing Co. in Fresno, California. This highly sought-after VMC-44 model is known for its slim, upright rectangular design with rounded corners and its ability to vend 44 bottles or cans.
Measuring 54" high, 25" wide, and 18" deep, this machine is stated by the seller to be in excellent working and cosmetic condition, remaining all-original with no missing components, minimal oxidation, and smooth operation that chills beverages to a frosty cold.

@1974Bronco No shipping crate or box for the machine. I usually use blanket wrap carriers thru Uship.com. Their independent carriers are usually very reasonable, dependable, and careful. They will wrap the machine in blankets and make sure that it is secured properly for transit in their truck/van/trailer. Just MAKE SURE to first thoroughly vet the carriers that respond by carefully reviewing their customer feedback BEFORE you book their service.

Absolutely beautiful. I remember using these at gas stations as a child, and the feel of cold bottles on hot summer days in Los Banos, CA. Such vivid recollections. The sharp edge of the bottle cap, and the gentle tug to pull out the bottle. Thank you for the memory.

@jdanon11 @Scalemotorsport This machine will also vend 12 oz cans once the shim kit is installed. The shim kit is relatively inexpensive and easy to install. Please google "VMC44 shim kit" for more complete info.
@Scalemotorsport This VMC44 model was designed to vend the older style coke bottles, which can still be purchased from certain stores and online sellers. However, to vend new small 8 oz Coke bottles or Diet Coke bottles, a shim kit is required.
Do contemporary Coke bottles fit in this machine?
