Apart from the small damage in picture 27, there is no other damage.
With the hole in picture 27, the piece of paper is still negotiating / attached to the paper, so you can simply close the hole from behind with a little adhesive tape.

Are there any other tears or damage besides the hole by the steering wheel (see picture 27) and the discoloration/folds noted in the description? Really cool item you have here.
