I went way out my to make this buyer happy. I did all the legwork to get a crate
Made by a furniture shop that I’ve known for years.
When the sign was put in the crate it was cushioned extremely well.
Moving forward I will welcome any and all buyers for my sale to witness the sign in working order and then placed in the crate. As noted the the shipment was fully insured and I spoke to the company representative and had a claim been initiated the buyer could have recouped the $400.
I understand there are 2 sides to every story however, I will no longer bid.

Mkxe67 failed to understand that the item he bought was damaged during shipping and didn’t follow through with the shipper insurance. Although disappointed received information as to what caused the item and contacted the shipper.
Don’t bid! This is at least 2 of the same signs this seller has offered, his name is John and I bought the first that doesn’t work, he’s a scam artist that wants to assign blame to the shipper as your only means to recover your losses
