Available for auction is a limited-edition Carroll Shelby tool kit. Endorsed by racing legend Carroll Shelby, this 32-piece kit contains the tools you need for general automotive repair. The pliers, nipper, and adjustable wrenches have heads of hot-forged, high-alloy steel and plastisol-dipped, sure-grip handles. The magnetic screwdriver features a TPR-coated handle with precision-machined chrome vanadium bits. Packed in a durable nylon duffle embroidered with the Shelby Cobra logo.
Carroll Shelby, a WWII flight instructor turned race-car driver, designed and built some of the world's fastest cars. Recognized as the 1957 Sports Illustrated Driver of the Year and 1959 winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Shelby lent his technical savvy to legendary high-performance vehicles from the Cobra to the Mustang GT to the Viper.
The seller states the tool kit contains the following: non-ratcheting magnetic screwdriver, 20 screwdriver bits in 2 rubber holders, 6" slip-joint double-jaw pliers, 6" diagonal pliers, 6" long-nose pliers with cutter, 6" duckbill pliers, 5¾" mini long-reach diagonal pliers, 6 ¼" mini long-reach duckbill pliers, 6 ¼" mini long-reach long-nose pliers with cutter, 7" mini long-reach 22-degree bent-nose pliers, 6" end nipper, 6" adjustable wrench, and 8" adjustable wrench.
The seller states the tool kit and its tools are brand new and in excellent condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping, shipping insurance, handling, and transactional fees.
