Available for auction is an illuminated VW sign. The sign measures 38” in diameter with a depth of 10”. The sign includes a power converter (transformer for 110v to 220v). The seller states the sign is fully functional, all the hardware is present and is in overall excellent condition. The seller states the sign is fully serviceable, all the parts are accessible, and the metal rings have no sign of oxidation. The sign was produced in France by Armada Dambach in January of 1998.
The sign is constructed of a metal outer ring and translucent acrylic face. The sign is illuminated by fluorescent bulbs. Welcome to my listing of this Illuminated Original German Volkswagen VW Dealership sign from the late 1990s, which I imported from Germany just over a year ago. The sign comes with a crate for easy and safe shipping. Please note, there are some tiny paint spots (spots are about 1/16" or smaller) on the backside in one small area (I guess this happened when the wall was painted where the sign was mounted). This sign was used at a VW dealership in Europe and is in extraordinary shape. It looks beautiful and works perfectly.
