Available for auction is an illuminated 1960 Ferrari 250 GTO sign. The sign features the Ferrari 250 GTO in the ‘cutaway’ format, exposing all the inner mechanics of the iconic car. The seller states the sign was a special commission and was previously displayed at the renowned official Ferrari dealer called Maranello Concessionaires Limited. 
This dealer was the original Ferrari importer in the United Kingdom and this sign was formally displayed in the service reception area. The seller states the sign is believed to have been produced in the late 1980’s to early 1990’s. The sign measures approximately 27” in length, 15” in height with a depth of 4”. The seller states the illumination is a little slow to start but powers up and remains constant. The sign is constructed of a painted black aluminum frame, translucent face, and the signs casing is plastic and can be sat on a table in a free-standing position. The seller states the sign is in excellent overall condition with some minor chips and flaking of the painted black aluminum frame.
