Available for auction is an illuminated Alfa Romeo clock and sign. The sign measures approximately 47” in length, and 12” in height, with a depth of just over 3”. The single-sided sign has recently undergone a significant restoration; the old corroded frame was replaced with a freshly painted black one, the original fluorescent lighting was updated to LEDs, and the clock mechanism was replaced. The sign is powered by 220v circuitry and wired to a UK plug (a US/EU adaptor will be included). 
The seller states the sign is in excellent condition and the clock function works silently in a sweeping motion. The sign can sit perfectly on a desktop or shelf but can also be hung on the wall with the newly attached mounting supports on the back. The buyer is responsible for shipping, shipping insurance, handling, and transactional fees. 
The seller would like you to know: “This sign was previously displayed at an Alfa Romeo garage in England during the 1980's. It is exceptionally elegant and transforms the atmosphere in the garage. This sign belonged to a very close family friend who was a passionate Alfa Romeo enthusiast and it will be missed dearly.”

I would just like to let everyone know that shipping this special sign is not a problem. It is likely to cost around $350 as the sign can fit into a box quite easily with additional padding in place. The box and packaging will be supplied as part of the sale and only the cost of the courier would be required.
