Available for auction is a driving suit worn by Hurley Haywood during the 24 Hours of LeMans. In 1993, Joest Porsche Racing Team provided these suits to its LeMans team members and personalized the belt with the driver's name. 
Due to Joest's status as the premier Porsche team during that period, they were also used at other events. These specially designed suits were worn by all drivers, with some having additional sponsor patches on them, as can be seen in race photos. 
Hurley was issued multiple copies of this suit, but this one was a backup and was not modified. The suit is not marked with a size, but Hurley was about 5'9" and 170lbs during this time period. The suit would probably fit trim body sizes from 5'7" to 6'1" given the amount of material. When it comes to endurance racers, Hurley Haywood is at the top of the list as the all-time winningest driver of our time.
