Available for auction is a CAPRISTO Ferrari F12/812SF/812GTS – Valved Exhaust and a CAPRISTO Ferrari F12/812SF/812GTS – X Pipe. The CAPRISTO system does not have any restrictive factory exhaust sound regulations and was engineered and designed to let the howl of the V12’s 9,000 rpm redline to be heard by all with the distinctive CAPRISTO sound.
CAPRISTO Exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured utilizing advanced 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital prototyping, and CNC-bending/milling at our factory in Germany. Each system is made of high-grade T309 (1.4828) Stainless Steel and hand polished to a mirror finish. After extensive research, this specific alloy was chosen for its sonic resonance properties, low weight, and durability which are close to the properties of Inconel (used in F1).

I think there is a bit of confusion..
As the tile and description of this auction indicates, the entire exhaust system will fit on the F12 platform, the 812SF platform, and the 812GTS platform.
All Capristo exhaust systems have a 3 year warranty. This exhaust had an active warranty until September of 2021 (according to the data plate on the exhaust) which would indicate that this system was purchased by the original owner in September of 2018.
I assume the previous vehicle this system was installed on was being sold and the stock exhaust was reinstalled in preparation for that sale.
The black box is one of the components needed to open and close the butterfly valves manually. This auction does not include all of the parts (mainly the remote) needed to manually open and close the valves, so I intentionally did not have those parts listed in the description. In the exhausts current state, the Ferrari's ECU will dictate when the valves operate - as intended by Capristo.
The black box, as well as the hardware and vacuum lines, are all extra / freebies - perhaps I should have excluded them to simplify things?
I hope that answers all of your questions. If not, let me know. Thanks.
What year was the item purchased as new? What model year F12 was it installed on and why removed? Do you have photos of it installed on your F12? Why is the X Pipe for an 812? What is the black box with wires and electrical tape?

Welcome all!
The 411 for this auction:
The exact milage of this exhaust system is unknown; the finish would indicate it’s very low milage.
As shown in the photos, there are vacuum lines and mounting hardware included in this auction. These are extra! This exhaust system utilizes the factory vacuum lines and mounting hardware connected to the OEM exhaust.
For those interested in bidding, that want to research shipping costs:
The box dimensions for this exhaust system are as follows: 26” x 20” x 44”
The weight is 45 lbs.
