I took pictures for you. a power plug was installed.
you see it on the picture. you can now install a 230v plug, but what makes more sense is to convert the system to LEDs and do away with the old electrics.
Most of the time, original neon signs are connected to the home electronics, so no standard plugs. but easy to handle.
