Available for auction is an Aston Martin Vantage V8 4.3 engine coffee table. The seller states the motor suffered a rod bearing failure and the table was constructed after it’s removal.
The engine table includes an Aston Martin 4.3 engine block, heads, valve covers, intake manifold, throttle body, x4 non marring lockable casters, and custom 1/4" tempered glass top measuring 42"x36". 
The table stands 22” in height and the seller states the table is newly crafted and is in new condition. Don’t miss your opportunity to add this unique commemoration of the iconic car manufacturer’s legacy with this engine table.

@Ukrbmw It's about 150lbs, definitely a two man lift if you need to pick it up. That's how we've been picking it up here. The glass is probably 20-30Lbs, can be picked up and moved by yourself. Shipping would be about $280-350 to Houston. Thanks!

Hello everyone and welcome to the auction!
This is one of the finest pieces of automotive furniture you'll find anywhere. The motor itself came out of my personal car which unfortunately suffered rod bearing failure on cyl #3,4,5. This is extremely unusual for a 4.3 and many of the specialists I called were baffled. Especially since the car had it's full 11.5qts of oil, is a dry sump system, and no warning lights were ever present. Regardless the block and heads are actually intact since it was soley the crank that suffered, so if someone did want to use this as a donor someday in the far future, you can! Or simply, enjoy it for the automotive art that it is. I've made a few tables out of engines in the past and if it were a beauty contest, this takes the win easily.
4.3's are known to be extremely reliable and /never/ fail so I really believe this may be one of the only existing Aston V8 tables. Personally, all of the proceeds of this auction will be going directly to helping me put my 07' 6-spd Vantage back on the road.
Regarding shipping, I happen to work for a luxury furniture company that has access to really wonderful freight benefits. The engine table and glass will be palletized, wrapped and secured. We ship tables of this value with glass all the time and this will be no different. Freight shipping will be available at a discounted rate anywhere in the country.
