This exceptional engine is one of only five pre-production Arias 454 HEMIs, distinct from the production versions, with a total of just 52 units ever built, some used in top fuel nostalgia racing. Professionally assembled by Mitech Racing Engines (Placentia, CA) and Performance Motorsports (San Jose, CA), the seller states no expense was spared in its construction.
Temporarily installed in a T-Bucket for testing, it dyno-tested at 739 HP at 6500 RPM with a 1:1 street blower at 3 lbs of boost. Featuring a 454 tall deck block (Block No. 10069284), 4-bolt mains, and extensive polishing, it includes everything needed for installation and operation. Notably, photos of this exact motor are still used in advertisements by Arias Performance, Performance Motorsports, andMitech Racing.
The motor test-ran in a T-Bucket with a 4-core radiator, reaching just 165°F with smooth shifting. Included in the sale: fuel pump, fuel injection (with manuals), polishedTH350 transmission (with vacuum shift plumbing), 3300-stall converter, polished alternator (charges at idle), high-torque chromed starter, Arias valve covers with plug wire retainers, polished fuel injection throttle linkage, chrome oil pan, fuel lines, chromed freeze plug covers, $2,000 aluminized and polished funny car headers with baffled mufflers, pre-oiler plumbing at the oil pan, and a vacuum block shifting kit from The Blower Shop.

BTW; this motor was not installed in the yellow car pictured. That is a 29 Model A salt racer.
@Jimbo1907 I am here to answer any questions I can. This motor is acceptable for street or strip use. But in my opinion, it is too pretty for serious racing. Its powerful, so for street use it would be best in a vehicle with some weight to it. The T bucket was so light weight it was hard to control. Note that with adjustments power can be increased to over 1000 hp or more for street or strip. I hope that makes sense. Thank you.
