Available for auction is an OEM Tequipment 997.1 sport exhaust system. The seller states the exhaust was never installed and is in perfect working condition. This set comes with the exhaust, wiring, and chrome plated dual tailpipes. This complete exhaust system is stated to fit 2005-08 Carrera models (Carrera, S, 4, 4S, & Targa). 
The standard Porsche flat-six engine has a powerful acoustic presence that can also be enhanced with this dual-mode sports exhaust system. Output is dependent on driving style, ranging from standard output during normal road driving to a more aggressive tone during performance use. Modes are selected using a button on the center console.
On vehicles with the optional Sport Mode, the sport exhaust mode is enabled when the Sport mode is selected. For cars without Sport mode, an upgraded switch is available at an additional cost. The package also includes stainless steel tailpipes with hard chrome-plated finish. The buyer is responsible for shipping ,handling, and fees. 
NOTE: Switch may vary or may not be included for all models.

I don’t need $3,600 plus shipping like sun coast! But $1K doesn’t cut it! Let’s find something in between? You know you can’t come anywhere close to that buying one from a dealership, this is 2023!!! Plus installation? I thought that’s why you needed the instructions…you can save some money there!
I made an offer you shouldn't refuse! :) For $2800 plus installation, plus Porsche software programming, I might as well just go direct to the Porsche dealership and buy it from them, possibly for less for the whole job...

@Hawk443 Yes, the winner of the system will receive the TEQUIPMENT installation instructions from me via email. It would be tough to put an exact $$ figure on the shipping/handling but the buyer will recieve a copy of the fedex slip from me and can reimburse me directly as I already have a freight account with them. Whatever FEDEX bills me is what will be asked for in return... once properly packaged and shipped I would guestimate somewhere around $150-$200?
And the “handling” and other fees too please….

I have a 2008 997.1 S with sport chrono package. The wiring would just need to be wired into the sport button for this to be installed, correct? No exhaust button needs to be installed on the panel in the car?
