Available for auction is an original Porsche Carrera Whale Tail finished in Guards Red. Porsche introduced the Carrera style Whale Tail in 1984 which notably featured full-width louvers. The seller states the whale tail was taken off his 73’ 911 coupe and has been stored in his living room since 2012.
The whale tail shows the part number 930.512.023.00 / 11 83 FIBRON 2194.1.00, and was manufactured Nov. 1983. The seller states there is a nickel size lifting of the paint on the underside of the whale tail. The seller states the whale tail is in used but good overall condition making for an excellent wall hanger or for use on a driver condition car.

Just wanted to comment, that this is a Carrera 3.2 Spoiler and not for a 930. It will not fit a 930 as it does not provide clearance for the intercooler.

My Reserve Price for this current auction is just slightly higher than half (50%) of $2,000

Its actually a bit larger than a Quarter coin
You must 'try hard' to notice it as it is micrometers above the bottom surface
