A performance-oriented version of the Rolls-Royce Dawn, the Black Badge variant features a dark exterior trim package, carbon fiber interior accents, 21” carbon alloy composite wheels, a quicker steering ratio, stiffer air suspension, a sport exhaust system, and a twin-turbocharged 6.6-liter V12 producing 593 HP. This 2020 example is finished in Black Diamond paint over a Black and Mandarin leather interior. It is reportedly one of only 24 U.S.-market Black Badge examples equipped with the rear Aero Cowling option for the model year. The car also features the optional Rolls-Royce Signature Package, Driver Assistance 3 Package, Mandarin contrast seat piping, a two-tone leather steering wheel, and Mandarin exterior coachlines. Said to be one of the most highly optioned Dawns ever built with nearly $125k worth of additional features on the window sticker, this Rolls-Royce is now being offered for auction out of New Jersey with approximately 26k miles showing on the odometer.
The Black Badge is distinguished by black exterior trim, a dark chrome grille and Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament, black dual exhaust finishers, and 21” carbon alloy composite wheels. This example is finished in Black Diamond and features the removable rear Aero Cowling option which adds over $25k to the car’s sticker price. Optional Mandarin contrasts were also selected for the convertible top, coachlines, and wheel center pinstripes. Other equipment includes an aluminum hood, full LED adaptive headlamps, front and rear parking sensors, side-view cameras, self-righting wheel centers, orange-painted brake calipers, a power trunk lid, and electronically regulated coach doors with power-closing assistance and soft-close latches. The cabin is appointed with black and Mandarin leather accented by contrast stitching, seat piping, headrest monograms, and carbon fiber trim. Accessories include heated, ventilated, and massaging front seats, an optional two-tone leather steering wheel, black cashmere headliner, lambswool floor mats, integrated umbrellas, Black Badge door sill plates, four-zone climate control, dynamic cruise control, a head-up display, night vision, high-beam assistance, lane departure warning, keyless entry, voice control, a concealable 10.25” infotainment display, and a 16-speaker Rolls-Royce Bespoke audio system. A set of rear headrests is included in the sale. The window sticker provided in the gallery shows an original retail price of over $481k.
The Black Badge model features revised engine programming allowing the twin-turbocharged 6.6-liter V12 engine to produce up to 593 HP and 605 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through an electronically controlled 8-speed automatic transmission. The Black Badge offers a quicker steering ratio and firmer adjustable air suspension than the standard Dawn model as well as a switchable sport exhaust system. Other equipment includes anti-roll stabilization, electronic damping control, brake energy regeneration, dynamic traction control, and cornering brake control. An oil change was completed in March 2024 along with replacements of the front tension struts. The tire pressure monitoring sensors, wheel electronics modules, and rear brakes were also replaced in 2023.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a window sticker, a removable rear Aero Cowling, rear headrests, and a clean title.

@rikhumps – Thanks for your interest! The Tonneau covers are indeed removable. Photos 24-26 and photos 133-150 in the gallery show the car without the cover and includes additional headrests that get stowed when the cover is in use.
This car has had annual maintenance done by our local authorized Rolls Royce dealer which is Paul Miller Rolls Royce. It is completely up to date on service and the car is in excellent condition. The service records are included in the gallery under photos 193-200. The Carfax is included in the auction under "attachments". @rikhumps – We do not have the exact weight but a quick Google search shows +/- 5,700lb. We will ask our local dealer what the service costs are on an annual basis and get back to you!
