A track-only factory-built customer race car, this 2020 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport is a Trackday version featuring an upgraded 4.5-liter flat-six engine by DeMan Motorsports. It comes equipped with a 6-speed PDK transmission, Fabspeed competition exhaust headers, a cold air intake system, lightweight composite body panels, a roll cage, an integrated air jack system, a fire suppression system, air conditioning, and a Recaro racing seat with a Schroth six-point safety harness. Recently serviced in preparation for sale and showing under 3k miles on the odometer, this GT4 Clubsport is now being offered for auction by its original owner out of Florida.
Based on the 718 (982) Cayman GT4, the Clubsport version features an aluminum-steel composite bodyshell with quick-release rear hatch and front bonnet fasteners, a roof escape hatch, FIA-certified towing loops, LED headlights, carbon-trimmed exhaust outlets, and a composite swan neck rear wing with black aluminum supports and an integrated carbon fiber Gurney flap. This Trackday version is finished in White and currently wears a removable black and blue vinyl livery with orange accents on the mirrors, air intakes, and wing side blades. It rides on one-piece 18” light alloy forged wheels dressed in Michelin racing slicks. An additional set of wheels and tires will accompany the sale. The seller notes that the car sustained a major accident in 2020 and was professionally rebuilt to factory standards with a new shell and chassis from Porsche Motorsport in Germany. The seller adds that the only parts carried over from the original chassis were the steering wheel, seat, safety harness, and air intake. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The lightweight racing cockpit is outfitted with a welded-in FIA-certified roll cage along with a Recaro P1300 GT racing seat, a Schroth six-point safety harness, a three-spoke multifunction motorsport steering wheel, a carbon fiber switch panel, and a Cosworth LCD color driver’s display with an integrated data logger. Other accessories include air conditioning, electric wing mirror adjustment, a safety net, an optional fire suppression system, an emergency cutoff switch, and an optional integrated air jack system.
The factory 3.8-liter flat-six engine was rebuilt to a 4.5-liter displacement by DeMan Motorsport of Blauvelt, New York, using Mahle racing pistons, Carrillo connecting rods, and a 991-generation crankshaft. The engine was installed in 2022 and features an upgraded cold air intake system, an aftermarket flywheel, a DeMan Motorsport thermostat housing and heat shield, and Fabspeed competition exhaust headers and over-axle tubing. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission which was also modified by DeMan Motorsport. The suspension includes adjustable MacPherson struts, forged links, double-shear mounting, high-performance spherical bearings, and adjustable blade-type anti-roll bars. Stopping power comes from aluminum monobloc calipers with 6 pistons in front, 4 pistons in the rear, and ventilated and grooved 380mm steel discs at each corner. Service performed in preparation for the sale includes an oil change and brake fluid flush. The seller adds that an engine break-in procedure was strictly followed as recommended by Rick DeMan.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a car cover, an extra set of wheels and tires, and a bill of sale.

What's the big black box on the passenger side? Do you know if it can be removed or relocated to add a second seat for HPDE use?
Hi
Have no idea about it
Thanks
@vichang4 You could run this car in NASA Suoer Touring. My guess would be ST1. It’s a horse power to weight catch all class.
98 octane, unleaded
Additive can be added if regular gas, but not recommended. some of the street cars with this engine do. But you can get get the 98 at any track.
sorry for late response, 12 hours time difference where i am.
Thanks
What kind of gas does it burn?

Hi
Been tracking cars since 2014, pure street cars until got lucky with a GT3, then moved on to the RS , had some major catastrophic choices (Nissan Nismo GTR), others great choices like the AMG GT3 R etc, nevertheless the Clubsport has been the best, I went overboard with an AMG GT 4 which I barely knew how to drive, that I believe is sold to a racing team. The Clubsport with the Deman engine will bring the most fun you can imagine on top of having some Cup cars wonder what just happened.
Thanks
Hi everyone
There are no spare parts
But will include 2 sets of fresh Michelins instead of the “March ones” if the sale goes through
Thanks

Hi
Getting on a plane for the next 8 hours
Will be late responding

Hi
Total mileage
Thanks
Is the mileage in the listing total mileage or miles put on the car after the rebuild due to the accident. Can you include rebuild receipts and receipts from Rick Deman?
Unfortunately, only for track and fun use. Does not qualify for any category.
If someone gets it, and tune it up all the way up to the 560 HP, many CUP cars are going to be surprised.
Thanks

With a 4.5 L engine what series and what class do you race this in?
Thanks, saw Dr Barth Green, I am a
Physician as well, will check with him.
gdynet11: I am a Doctor and I have had two major spinal surgeries. You need to get your ass down to the Univ. of Miami and see Dr. Michael Wang. He is perhaps the best neurosurgeon in the country. He has a technique where he places spacers between the vertebrae to help with spinal compression. He can definitely help you to live a normal life.

Good morning,
"broken back", I was "banned" by my Ortho Neuro surgeon and neurologist from ever track cars, ride horses, boat etc etc, anything that has vertical compression on the spine. unless I want to become a paraplegic.
So far I saved myself from surgery with deep nerve blocks.
Severe cord compression, is the diagnosis.
Thanks.
When the radiologist read my last MRI, early September, his words where, you spine looks like Sh...
Thanks
Very cool car, would love to drive it. What is the reason for the sale?
Hi
