@Oplattner Thank you for explaining I’m detail.
@PorscheGuy209 Cobb Stage 3 package is installed but it's not using the Cobb Access Port tune, there is a flash tune on instead. Cobb removed their Stage 3 map, so to use it you need to have a custom map built. They did this to comply with California emission laws. Everything else, exhaust, intercoolers, rear diffuser, cat is installed. If you ran a stage 3 map it would put out just above 700hp. Currently I think the car is somewhere in the range of 625-650hp.
No other lights on.
Let me know if you have any other questions. I added links in the comments below to the complete stage 3 kit.
@Oplattner Can you please clarify what tunes are currently installed? horsepower? Any check engine lights on or issues other than the light for the 10k mile service?

@ilikecarstoomuch Everything except for the Cobb tune is installed on the car right now. I had another tuner install a flash tune instead because Cobb did not ship a stage 3 map file anymore to comply with California emissions laws. I have receipts for all the work totaling approximately $22k.
All the original parts are included.
The installation was done by a shop in Southern Florida called Velocity Factor; you will receive receipts for all the work.
Bid in the amount of $125,000
can yo please clarify..
your add says - Equipped with a Cobb Stage 3 tune and an Akrapovic exhaust system
I see the carbon fiber diffuser on the car.
Does it have the exhaust, cats, intercoolers, access point?
are the original replaced parts included in the sale?
who did the install?
are there photos of the install? receipts?
Thanks..
@Alani I personally haven't had any issues, but I can't promise anything. I would contact your local Porsche service center and ask them directly. Most of the prominent dealers selling GTs and RS cars have customers who have after-market modifications.
Does the cob system exclude you from service at Porsche dealerships?
Bid in the amount of $120,000
@sunghyun7 There are several different map files for the Cobb, but I am running a flash tune that was suited for 91 Octane. If you want to get maximum power out of the car, I would recommend connecting the Cobb and running a custom map.
it's 93 octane tune. did you buy 91 octane tune separately? I understand colorado has 91 octane.
@sunghyun7 I believe it's close to 700hp, but I have never put the car on a dyno, so I can't promise any exact numbers. Some more details can be found here, since Cobb removed the Stage 3 to comply with California emissions.

@sunghyun7 see below:

can you get ceramic rotor thickness and close ups? I can't take the car out of the garage (snowed last night) and might be hard to shoot good photos in there.
any dents, scratches, or ppf? all known marks have been photographed and shared in the pictures here. There is the stock PPF that Porsche installed, I have not installed anything beyond that.
can you get us the complete option list?

any issues with the pdk? no.
what are tire date codes and conditions? thanks. I think it was week 32 in 2022.

@Oplattner By inspection do you mean scheduled maintenance?
@OpahDopa @OpahDopa, thank you for the kind comments; happy holidays to you as well. The car was moved from Southern Florida in March and has never seen snow, salt, or ice here in Colorado. It's mostly been sitting in the garage since early November when the weather started changing. The only time I drove it recently was on a sunny day to take the photos you see here.
To the best of my knowledge, the warranty seems to have expired. It was for two years, unlimited miles. Generally speaking, Porsche CPO warranties state they are transferrable.
I'm the current owner and put all the miles on the car except for the first 400. The first 400 miles were from the dealer, and the car was never registered to a private party before I bought it.
The exhaust is pretty quiet when driven in non-sports modes. It will come alive when you are in sports plus and revving at a higher RPM. You will receive all OEM parts with the purchase and could revert it pretty quickly to stock if you choose.
I want to add the car did light up yesterday that it is due for an inspection.
Good morning and happy holidays. Handsome example.
What is the warrantee remaining on the car? I see that it was sold used pre-certified, is that extended warrantee able to carry forward? How many miles has current owner put on the car? Snow/Salt?
How is the aftermarket exhaust on the highway? Thrum?? Or does it only go on sport exhaust in sport mode?
thanks.
