In celebration of "70 Years of Porsche Sports Cars" in Zuffenhausen, the 991.2 Speedster pays homage to the iconic Porsche 356 "No. 1" Roadster. Limited to 1,948 units, it is designed for driving purists with a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine and a 6-speed GT manual transmission. This modern Speedster features a distinctive low-cut front windshield and a rear decklid with double-bubble streamliners, echoing the classic design. This Canadian-market example was selected with a Racing Yellow finish over Black leather upholstery along with a generous list of Custom Tailoring options. It was additionally appointed with painted side skirts, LED headlights in Black with PDLS, Racing Yellow interior accents, the Chrono Package, Dashboard Trim Package in Leather, Extended Deviated Stitching Interior Package, BOSE Surround Sound System, Front Axle Lift System, and much more. Showing just 4,300 kilometers (approximately 2,700 miles) on the odometer, this sought-after collector’s item is now being offered for auction by its seller out of British Columbia.
The Speedster shares its bodyshell with the Carrera 4 Cabriolet and features a GT3-derived front and rear fascia, side, skirts, and dual-center-mounted exhaust outlets. It was also designed with a windshield lowered by 50mm and a manually folding soft top concealed beneath a 22 lb. carbon fiber twin-hump cover panel. Finished in Racing Yellow, this Speedster displays optional painted side skirts, carbon fiber upper mirror housings, and LED headlights in Black with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS). Additionally, the Front Axle Lift System allows the nose of the vehicle to be raised front for extra clearance over obstacles. Other details include yellow ceramic brake calipers, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and 20” GT3 center-lock wheels in silver. It rides on Dunlop Sport Maxx Race 2 tires from 2019 with 4mm and 4.5mm of tread remaining in the front and rear, respectively. The seller adds that paint protection film covers the forward-facing surfaces, and a stone chip is noted in the front bumper cover film. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings, while a CARFAX report is attached at the bottom of the listing.
Inside, the driver and passenger are greeted by Black leather upholstery with Racing Yellow stitching, carbon fiber trim, and full bucket seats. Details include the optional Dashboard Trim Package in Leather, Extended Deviated Stitching Interior Package, seatbelts in Racing Yellow, a Porsche-crested center console lid, and floor mats with deviated carpeting, leather edging, and stitching. An integrated radar detector has also been fitted.
Adopted from the GT3, the Speedster’s naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine features individual throttle bodies, a titanium exhaust system, and an output of up to 502 HP and 346 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by way of a 6-speed GT Sport manual gearbox that provides acceleration from 0-60 MPH in less than 4 seconds. A limited-slip differential comes standard along with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), rear-axle steering, dynamic engine mounts, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), and Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV). This vehicle remains covered under its Porsche Certified Pre-Owned warranty until September 12, 2025, and the CARFAX report shows two service history entries. Additionally, the seller states to have performed an inspection and an annual service that included oil and filter changes on April 24th, 2024, at 4,143 kilometers.

This is #574 of 1948 produced and from our research it is believed that only 9 examples were finished in Racing Yellow making it a very rare color that goes beautifully with the PCCB Yellow Calipers, Extended Yellow Stitching, Seat Belts, and other yellow accents noted on the write and in the build sheet details found in the gallery. The whole front end is covered in a clear paint protection film and there was a stone chip that pierced the film but did not damage the paint. We just performed its annual service as well as a full inspection including a DME Download that shows no over revs. This car has been extremely well cared for by its 2 previous owners and has an exceptional build/spec in our opinion.

As I recall, you'll pay about 1.9% tariff and brokerage fees, conversion costs and transport. Fabulous cars .Canadian cars, for some odd reason, will command slightly less dough.

The car was first purchased in Ontario and remained there for about 1 year, accumulating just over 1000~kms before finding its last home, that we acquired it from, residing in Calgary, AB. The car was very been well taken care of by its previous owners and it has been freshly inspected, serviced with no over revs. This Speedster is truly amazing.
