@Rlanning Sorry we missed your question on tax for out of state. After payment of winning bid amount, we would provide you sales documentation and transferred title. You would be responsible for performing tax and titling in your state.
Can this be a private party to private party sale? Thanks, Rlan
@K-Rau The 4 year Porsche factory warranty expired in July this year. Not sure if you could purchase an extended warranty for it via your local Porsche dealer, but we offer competitively priced extended warranty coverage through our dealership if that's of interest to you.
Does it have a transferable extended warranty?

Down to the last few hours. This is a beautiful example of the 991.2 Turbo S. Well taken care of and with a gorgeous like-new Espresso leather interior. Whomever wins this car will not be disappointed. Good luck bidders!

@Dkouseller Selling to a business is fine whether MT LLC or other. And thank you for your bid.
Bid in the amount of $80,000
@DrivenTexas Hello,
Since the car is on consignment would it be possible to sell the car private party directly from the owner? I live in Nevada so all private party sales are no sales tax. If through the dealership is it OK to do the deal through my Montana LLC? Any restrictions?

Thanks for the reply. How is the tax handled if the winning bidder does not live in Tx? Is there a difference if the sale is between two private parties? Thanks, Rlan
Paint meter readings, and videos with driving, active rear spoiler and front axle lift functioning have been forwarded to PCM to upload.
@Rlanning Rlan, the car is a consignment on behalf of the owner. It is set up as a sale through the dealership. If the winning bidder is a Texas resident the dealership is required to apply/collect TX sales tax, applicable county title and registration fees and to obtain the permanent plates on behalf of the buyer.
@Rlanning Regarding the initial miles, you are correct these were incurred as part of Euro delivery prior to initial retail delivery through Porshe North Houston.
I now see it was a European delivery with miles put on over there prior to the Houston delivery date.
Please explain the accumulated first unaccounted for 3K miles before the sale on 10/15/2018 to the current owner. Thanks, Rlan
Sounds like the owner might still own this car. Is that correct? If so, will this be a private sale ie: private party to private party? Thanks, Rlan

Welcome to all bidders. This is a beautiful one-owner Turbo S, especially with its Espresso interior. We are working on sourcing the service records as the shop used by the car's owner does not post to CarFax. Also will upload a cold start and driving video. Will be monitoring closely to respond to questions. Good luck to all bidders.
