Topping Porsche’s 718 model range upon its debut, the GTS offers 365 HP from its turbocharged 2.5-liter engine along with the Sport Chrono Package and Porsche Vectoring (PTV) as standard equipment. Finished in Sapphire Blue Metallic over a Black/Carmine Red leather & Alcantara interior, this example was generously optioned with the GTS Interior Package, Lane Change Assist, Bose Surround Sound System, PASM Sport Suspension, and a 7-speed PDK transmission. It is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California while showing just under 70k miles on the odometer.
This Cayman comes finished in Sapphire Blue Metallic and comes factory equipped with a GTS-specific front fascia and Sport Tailpipes along with darkened trim for the headlights, taillights, and badging as standard. Optional features include door handles in High Gloss Black and PASM Sport Suspension which lowers the ride height by 20mmm. It rides on 20” Carrera S wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The seller notes minor paint imperfections including a 1.5” scratch on the passenger’s side rear quarter panel. Additional images are provided in the gallery and the CARFAX report shows damage to have occurred in October 2018 along with minor damage in June 2021.
The cabin is appointed with Black/Carmine Red leather and Alcantara upholstery included with the optional GTS interior Package which consists of full leather, extensive deviated stitching, deviated seat belts, GTS logo embroidery within the headrests, and a deviating central tachometer which has been opted for in Carmine Red. Additional options include Lane Change Assist (LCA), the Bose Surround Sound System, and Porsche Connect. The seller notes the coolant indicator occasionally illuminates and then disappears, which has been checked by an authorized Porsche dealer which was unable to find an issue or code.
The turbocharged 2.5-liter flat-four engine in the GTS generates up to 365 HP and 309 lb.-ft of torque, driving the rear wheels by way of a dual-clutch 7-speed PDK transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is achieved in as little as 3.9 seconds, onto a top speed of 180 MPH. The Sport Chrono Package comes standard along with brake-based Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV). The seller adds that a new turbocharger was installed, the brakes were changed, and an oil & filter change was completed between 60k and 65k miles.
This sale will include a clean title (lien), two keys, and a car cover.
The seller would like you to know: “Beautiful and rare blue color. Must see it in person! The highest interior trim. leather with red stitching throughout including the dash. I cannot for sure know what the previous owner did. It was purchased from a dealer.
High performance driver education -bascially tracking your car. Based on your response I'm assuming you didn't do any. But any knowledge of prior owner tracking ?
Thx vwpower. No track or any high performance driving at all
hpde = high performance driving event
You mean race track? No definitly not. This is my wife's car. :)
what is hpde?
Darn autocorrect- tracking or hpde history?
Hello. Any tracking or history?
I still have the old turbocharger here. There was visable significant wear that explained the lack of boost we were experiencing.
Hi arakhov. I did the turbo and brakes myself. I have a lift on the property and do work and maintanence on all my vehicles. All that I know from the accident is that the perviuos owner stated it was a parking lot fender bender. There was some minbor damage to the front passenger side. I have inspected the area very closely and can see no signs of past damage or any suspension or steering parts having been replaced.
Which shop worked on turbocharger and brakes replacement?
Do you have any details/photos of the accidents?

Hi cerb1958,
I do not have the window sticker for this car.
Seats are maual forward and back with electric lean etc.
I had reached out to pervious owner to see about more details about the repairs. I din't get much. He said it waas a minor parking lots incident that was repaired easily. I have a lift at home and have looked very closely at the area (front passenger) and have not seen any signs of pervious damage.
While we have owned the car, we have replace the turbo with a new unit. It was showing low boost and we decided to put a brand new one in. Now it screams just like it should.
any window purchase sticker by any chance? Are both seats completely manual adjustment? No seat or mirror memory?
any repairs done from the two accidents that you are aware of? I couldn't see any mention of repairs - just checking everything, alignment etc
My name is Joost janssen. Thanks for checking out my Cayman GTS. Please let me know if you have any questions.
