Combining a thrilling open-air driving experience and track-inspired performance, this 2018 Mercedes-AMG GT C Roadster is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. Finished in AMG Solarbeam Yellow Metallic over a black and red leather interior, this Canadian-market example features rear-axle steering, ceramic-composite brakes, a Milan Red convertible top, the AMG Night Package, AMG forged cross-spoke wheels, heated and ventilated AMG Performance seats, a Burmester surround sound system, and much more. Showing approximately 12k kilometers (about 7k miles) on the odometer, this AMG GT C Roadster is now being offered for auction by its seller out of British Columbia.
This example is finished in AMG Solarbeam Yellow Metallic (278U) and features blacked-out trim elements as part of the AMG Night Package. It comes equipped with a Milan Red convertible top, LED headlights and taillights, a Parktronic System (PTS) in the front and rear, and performance-focused aerodynamics, including an active rear spoiler and Airpanel active louvers in the front grille, which automatically adjust for cooling and downforce optimization. It rides on black-finished AMG forged cross-spoke wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires mounted in 2023. The seller notes that paint protection film has been applied to the body, with minor paint chips present on the front end. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the heated and ventilated AMG Performance seats are upholstered in black and red leather with AMG-embossed logos on the backrests, complemented by carbon fiber trim that extends across the cabin. Amenities include an AMG Performance steering wheel, AMG illuminated door sills, an Airscarf system that delivers warm air around the neck, a COMAND infotainment with navigation, Keyless-Go, Distronic adaptive cruise control, Blind Spot Assist, and a Burmester surround sound system. Additionally, the digital instrument cluster features a 360-km/h speedometer, a tachometer, and a configurable central display.
Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine with direct injection and dry-sump lubrication, delivering a factory-rated 550 HP and 502 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 7-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT dual-clutch transmission. It has a RENNtech exhaust valve controller, rear-axle steering, a carbon fiber driveshaft, and dynamic engine and transmission mounts that optimize handling by adapting to driving conditions. Additionally, it is equipped with the optional AMG ceramic-composite braking system, featuring yellow-painted calipers at all four corners.

@joesailor69 As of right now, nothing's changed. That 25% only applies to vehicle made in Canada and Mexico, (think Fords and GM's) This vehicle is manufactured in Germany so the duty on it would remain 2.5% as just confirmed by my broker.
The US Customs site now lists cars as having 25% duty except for =certain countries and excepions. Can you claify current duty rate in USA?
@r32fan No we don't unfortunately. The vehicle has no issues running however, services are up to date.

@gmauro83 We work with Robert from BorderKings for all our previous vehicles going to the states. We will assist Robert with all paperworks needed and winner should only need to contact Robert for a payment of duty and fees and shipping charges. Should a US bidder win this car, the fees to be expected is as follows:
-2.5% duty charges
-0.3464% merchandise fee
-$1795 brokerage fee and transport through brokerage.
*$800+/- for states that require a change of dash to display MPH.
The vehicle will be picked up from our dealer by Rob and his team, transported to the border for clearance, and after clearance Rob will arrange shipping from border to the buyer. Generally speaking the timeline is 2-4 weeks for the clearance, plus 2 weeks shipping by towing or 4 weeks by train.
What is the process to register in the US? Thanks

@timmy1974 yes I also noticed that. PCar has changed it. Perhaps their system has been pre-adjusted for future events haha
@Hdog10 Oh my lord, probably a terrible idea to write a greeting with a new allergy medication. I meant bold.
Great car! Just not sure about that color combo
Most “confident” spec…. ?
PCM really leaning into 51st state rumblings LOL
Despite recent headlines, my understanding is that Vancouver BC is not part of USA, so I’d suggest editing that detail in the listing.
