The seller adds that a tire pressure monitor issue was addressed under warranty coverage, and recent service includes an oil change, brake fluid flush, air filter replacements, and new spark plugs.

@SLOdownhill Never smoked in. I’m a long distance runner. I have been only owner. Tried to post service records and will try again tomorrow. I take it to local Porsche garage when service need indicated. Just had major 30k service. Amazingly have had no issues with this car apart from a couple factory recalls

The right-rear seat seems to have abnormal wear on the center pass-through side. Is that just the photography, or is there unusual wear? Do all the electronics function as new -- infotainment, etc? Apple Car Play? Thank you...tt

@BourbonGuy Hi , no problem. Re. Service records I believe I have all - local porche dealer would have ones under warranty. As you know, service light comes on automatically when service is due - and if not addressed, will stay on. Post warranty have had car serviced at local Porsche garage.
30k major service done at 32k miles to include flushing brake fluid- to my knowledge brakes never replaced. New tires Michelin 285/50 R19 at 22300 miles. Code 2/6/22. One shallow rock chip 5/8 inch on front bumper; rear top of bumper has several = dog jumping in car. Driver lower side door cosmetic chips. Curb rash on one spot of rear right tire. Took pics of above but unable to load - will try tomorrow . Thanks, J

First, I will apologize for the lengthy question list, but I do have some things I would like to ask. Do you have all the service records? If you have them, posting pics of them might answer most of my questions? Was the 30K service performed and when? Have the tires been replaced, if so, what are the date codes? Non smoker? Have the brakes been serviced and if so when and at what mileage? Can you more pics of paint and wheel condition? Are there any rock chips up front or curb rash on the wheels? Thx in advance.
