Produced between 2012 and 2018, the Aston Martin Vanquish succeeded the DBS as the brand’s flagship grand touring sports car featuring carbon fiber bodywork, carbon ceramic disc brakes, adaptive suspension, and a 5.9-liter V12 engine. This 2017 Aston Martin Vanquish Coupe is finished in Tungsten Silver over Sahara Tan Bridge of Weir leather upholstery. It comes equipped with an 8-speed Touchtronic 3 automatic transmission, an optional 2+2 seating arrangement, heated and ventilated front seats, embroidered headrests, contrast stitching, a One-77 style steering wheel, a Bang & Olufsen BeoSound Audio System, black brake calipers, full-length twill carbon fascia trim, and 20” 10-spoke silver diamond-turned wheels. Purchased by the current owner in 2021 and treated to a full 60k-mile service in 2024, this Vanquish Coupe is now being offered for auction out of California with under 11k miles showing on the odometer.
The Vanquish was designed by Marek Reichman and features a carbon fiber front splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser, a vented bonnet, straked fender vents, swan-wing doors, an integrated rear spoiler, and dual exhaust tips. This example is finished in Tungsten Silver and equipped with automatic bi-xenon headlights, front and rear parking sensors, a reversing camera, and optional black brake calipers mounted behind 20” 10-spoke silver diamond-turned wheels. The exterior is described to be in excellent overall condition apart from minor wear on the lower front splitter. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The 2+2 interior is appointed with Sahara Tan Bridge of Weir leather upholstery, an Alcantara headliner, optional contrast stitching, and full-length carbon twill fascia trim. Other options include heated and ventilated power front seats, embroidered headrest emblems, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, an integrated umbrella, and a black leather One-77 style steering wheel. The car also features three-position front seat memory, paddle shifters, automatic climate control, an engine start button, a pop-up navigation system screen, and a Bang & Olufsen BeoSound Audio System. The seller indicates the door struts are weak and are recommended for replacement.
Rated at 568 HP and 465 lb.-ft of torque, the naturally aspirated 5.9-liter AM29 V12 engine drives the rear wheels through an 8-speed ZF Touchtronic 3 automatic transmission. Performance features include dual variable valve timing, four-wheel ventilated carbon ceramic disc brakes, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), and a three-stage Adaptive Damping System (ADS). The CARFAX report shows a 40k-mile service in 2022, a 50k-mile service in 2023, and a 60k-mile service completed in October 2024 with a brake fluid flush, new differential fluid, and an engine oil/filter change.
This sale will include a window sticker, a toolkit, a spare tire, a car cover, a battery trickle charger, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Beautiful color combo, super well maintained, and in absolutely amazing shape. The carbon fiber splitter has a tiny bit of rash that does not affect the clear coat under the carbon. It’s affecting the PPF film, which we left because it’s still in great shape.”

@Phackett1955 Thank you so much for recognizing a good car and for your support in regards to unnecessary and empty comments all made by one person, no idea what that was all about, we appreciate everyone’s input and feel confident that the car will find itself a new good home
Shame about all the unnecessary negative comments. Although none of them influenced me, I felt real bad for the seller. Short, but good bidding @F1Rocket

@Carrerafan I think the answer to your question is F**king speed bumps!
@cars458 any idea how the car ended up with scrapes on the underside by the passenger doors? That would take a very odd angle and wouldn’t you also massively scrape the front end (beyond what’s there) and the entire underbody? Has the underside been inspected and any issues? Thanks

@pcarmarket can you get rid of @bolteon593 ... they are literally detracting from the listing
Unfortunate to see all the negative comments. Car looks great in photos. I would bid on this if I was in the market. GLWA seller!
@bolteon593 your car is in your garage that you can see with your own eyes, maybe you should look at this car with your own eyes yourself instead of making comment base on picture. Also call the factory and ask whether the leather come from the same cow.
@bolteon593 Don’t care what’s in your garage stop making stupid comments, please check your eyesight, PCARMARKET should not allow you to be here, we have had a few people come check the car out in person and one of them just commented, unless I do enough homework on a car I don’t list it, If you don’t like who we are as the listing dealer that’s ok just don’t bad mouth the car with your limited knowledge, I’m not saying you don’t have one of these or you can’t effort one I’m just saying you don’t have this particular one in front of you , so once again stop distracting real bidders from my auction.
@CARS458 I have one in my garage, explain why the leather has a different grain...
@mtrisnohadi I can tell because I literally have one of these cars in my garage.
Same interior, same exterior. The leather in that section is from a different kind of leather— the stock leather does not look like that.
@DRVOFI I’m sorry your out based on the comments bolteon593 made, since he has no knowledge of these cars, the stupid comment made about the leather on the dash which only has to do with the different lighting and the fact that the member is pointing out the wheels to be incorrect. I’m sorry, but if the person doesn’t know what the hell they’re talking about of course the wheels the dash the paint and everything in between will be incorrect according to their knowledge
@bolteon593 I am not sure how you can tell that a section has been replace just by looking at a photo. It has wrinkle from shrinkage on the passenger side more than the driver side. The mismatch leather is from the different light on the photo. I have seen this car in person. There are no mismatch color on the leather.
Bid in the amount of $45,250
Will be posting some more detailed photos of the area in question
@bolteon593
I tell you exactly how it is
BTW keep it professional, don’t have any reason lye, please make sure you’re 100% before you make a comment like this. Will have the Pcar guys take it with you on this one.
You'll also notice in photo 129 that the passanger side leather in that same section seen in photo 101 does not match.
This car has had at least some work— guaranteed.
@bolteon593 No work or leather has been changed if you touch the dash on one of these cars you’d have to do the whole thing, we’ve had a few done
@bolteon593 He’s not sure what Aston uses to coat their hardware(screws) but I’ve seen a few on the car with some corrosion … if they do zinc the no corrosion but would look goldish yellow
@bolteon593 Also photo 90 shows the drivers side door bolt with a not-insignificant amount of corrosion (both seemingly rust and oxidation?), additionally— those are not the stock wheels for that window sticker.
How is no one noticing these things? Some of the Sahara leather even looks mismatched...
It's worth noting that photo 101 shows that part of the dashes black leather has been replaced with a non-Aston leather.
That section of the dash does not shrink like the rest of the upper dash, I know because I own one of these Vanquish' myself.
I would heavily suggest that a PPI get done with Timeless certification as the goal, for anyone considering buying this car. That leather swap alone is a red flag.
@jwriggins Just confirm that when they did the latest service, they mentioned timing chain covers did have a sea edge of oil, they mentioned at one point it should be addressed not a big leak at the moment due to the low miles… I do have a local Aston shop that could do the work for 1/2 of what the dealer would charge for the job… the shop owner was a factory Aston tech from UK and has had his own shop for 15 years now
@DRVOFI Just confirm that when they did the latest service, they mentioned timing chain covers did have a sea edge of oil, they mentioned at one point it should be addressed not a big leak at the moment due to the low miles
@DRVOFI Please have a look at the Carfax report. It will confirm that the 60 K Miles service was just done, the CARFAX report shows the detail of the service as well… I have not heard anything on any oil leak but will write up on what we confirm with records and dealer

So after re reading the comments I am confused.....was the 60k service completed or not....and is there a confirmed valve cover leak?

Spoke with service provider.
Total recommended service yet to be completed is about $20k. The biggest is the valve cover seal leak- about $14k.
Any other known issues?
Bid in the amount of $36,500
@jwriggins They have PPF
The rash is on the PPF and some are just reflections in the photo
We can just peel the PPF and if needed redo it
The leak is usually in the oil pan, if on is present, but none has been reported. That's why I asked........
Thx
The carbon fiber beneath the doors on each side has significant road rash and one trim screw has been rubbed out from a scrape. Do the side carbon fiber pieces have PPF like the front splitter? If it does I can't see it .....
@jwriggins When took the cover on top off there was no sign of a leak and when car was put on a lift same thing…. I can’t tell you if it was done or not tho.
This 2nd gen model often have seal leaks as they age. Was this checked?
