Launched at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, the RS version of Porsche’s 991-generation GT3 features bodywork derived from the 911 Turbo along with a lightweight magnesium roof, aggressive aerodynamics, and a larger 4.0-liter flat-six engine. This 2016 example was ordered in the Paint to Sample color of Voodoo Blue over a black leather interior with Alcantara and Lava Orange accents. The car was also optioned with an extended range fuel tank, a front axle lift system, Sound Package Plus, Sport Chrono Package, and black-painted wheels. It was originally sold from Porsche Dallas of Texas and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York showing just over 14k miles on the odometer.
This GT3 RS is finished in Voodoo Blue, a rare Paint to Sample option added to Porsche’s color palette in 2016. Compared to a standard 991 GT3, the RS version sports wider fenders with Turbo-style side air intakes as well as louvers above the front wheels and a larger wing mounted to the rear decklid. This example includes optional LED headlights in Black and Satin Black painted 20”/21” center-lock wheels. The car rides on a set of Pirelli P Zero tires and is described to be in excellent overall condition with paint protection film applied over the front end, mirrors, rockers, and rear wing. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with Black leather and Alcantara accented by Lava Orange stitching, seatbelts, door pulls, and a contrasting steering wheel marker. Optional details include illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber, an Alcantara storage compartment lid with the “PORSCHE” logo, and a Sport Chrono stopwatch mounted on the center dashboard. The car is also equipped with an optional front axle lift system fire extinguisher, Light Design Package, Sound Package Plus, auto-dimming mirrors, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation.
A naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine revs up to 9k-RPM while sending as much as 500 HP to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is achieved in as little as 3 seconds with a top speed of nearly 200 MPH. Standard performance features include rear-axle steering, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus), and a sport exhaust system with center tailpipes in black. The seller states the car has been kept up to date on all routine services and the CARFAX report shows maintenance history including the replacement of the A/C compressor and a brake system bleed in 2017.
This sale will include a clean title.

@jmars Steel brakes on this RS.
I was under the impression all GT3RS’s came with CCB? One option this example does not have correct?? Sorry for the question but I’m not able to make out the pictures very well on my phone.
There are two of this owned by dealers in this area which is wild to me - the other one was thrashed on, this one looks MUCH better.
A few miles to keep pricing somewhat honest, wonderful color. Ill be watching it

Rear driver's side 4521 - November 2021
Rear passenger side 3519 - August 2019
@mike_medic I will have all posted as soon as possible, but I must say this because I have been involved with PCA and track events for many years and have raced professionally. Whatever the DME report, these cars were meant to be revved, the engine management - PDK will not allow and overrev to the point of catastrophic failure and my thought is the following...
If Porsche offered you several days on the Weissach test track, would you use your Porsche to its full potential and the way they were meant to be used? :)
DME report coming :)
@SC4 Hey
1) Could you provide pictures of the front plastic lip and closer photos of the front bumper? **Coming as soon as possible.
2) I understand it has a clear bra, but when was that applied? **I am not honestly not sure when it was applied.
Also when were the tires replaced? **They are date coded ??????????????
3) Lastly, did you have the window sticker, because in 2016 on the Carfax the vehicle color is noted as red. **Please see the following Porsche factory options list, equipment and pricing, it was never Red!!! A hard copy will be supplied with the car.

@racer355
Has a DME report been performed?
Hey @racer355, I have a couple of questions I wanted to ask. 1) Could you provide pictures of the front plastic lip and closer photos of the front bumper? 2) I understand it has a clear bra, but when was that applied? Also when were the tires replaced? 3) Lastly, did you have the window sticker, because in 2016 on the Carfax the vehicle color is noted as red.

@Dozer Good Afternoon. Please read the auction description carefully...
"in excellent overall condition with paint protection film applied over the front end, mirrors, rockers, and rear wing. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report."
Please see the paint meter reading in the photos, its shows original paint as well as a Carfax showing no accidents recoreded.
No track use to my knowledge and certainly not when in my ownership.
Is all the paint original? Any clear bra? Known track tine? Tires? Thanks.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your interest in my GT3RS. Although a dealer, this GT3RS was one of my personal Porsches and purchased to enjoy with my son who would like all of my cars to have a 17' wing and open exhaust lol.
That said, this was the compromise and what better than a GT3RS is Voo Doo Blue which stands out amongst the norm.
This GT3RS has no disappointments, it is excellent in every way, it has only been driven in part throttle anger on a few on ramps and straight line acceleration runs to wow the kid :), otherwise, it has been cared for properly and as one would expect of a GT3RS with no stories, accidents, paint, etc.
I purchased the GT3RS from a client in Florida and when it had approximately 11k miles and have enjoyed it since. That gentleman (2nd owner) purchased it from the original owner who ordered it and flipped it for a profit having used the GT3RS minimally if at all. Therefore, it really has only had two owners who have enjoy using the GT3RS.
I welcome any and all questions, but bid with confidence because this GT3RS will not disappoint in any way.
Best to all,
Tom P.
