This 2015 Porsche 991 GT3 is finished in the Paint to Sample color of Ice Blue Metallic over a Black leather and Alcantara interior with deviated stitching. It came factory-optioned with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), Front Axle Lift System, an extended-range fuel tank, heated 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats, illuminated carbon fiber door sills, Racing Yellow seatbelts, white instrument dials, the Sport Chrono Package, Sound Package Plus, and more. Purchased by the seller from a PCA member in New York in 2024, this highly optioned and tastefully modified GT3 is now being offered for auction out of South Carolina with approximately 42k miles showing on the odometer.
This 991 GT3 is said to be the only North American market example finished in the Paint to Sample color of Ice Blue Metallic. It has been fitted with an OEM GT3 Cup from splitter and fenders professionally painted to match by Dundon Motorsports. Equipment includes LED headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), painted headlamp washer covers, LED taillights, a fixed rear wing, AWE wind deflectors, and a central exhaust outlet with dual SOUL 4” tips. The car rides on custom-made Vorsteiner VFN 512 20"/21" two-piece wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires measuring 265/30/20 up front and 325/25/21 out back. Clear paint protection film has been applied to the hood, 35% ceramic window tint is on the side windows, and 50% tint is on the front and rear windshield. The seller adds that an APR GTC 500 carbon fiber rear wing is included in the sale. Some rock chips are noted on the lower front spoiler along with a paint repair on the driver’s side winglet. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Appointed with Black leather and Alcantara upholstery accented by deviated silver stitching, the cabin features optional heated 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats, carbon fiber center console trim, illuminated carbon fiber door sills, white instrument dials, and Racing Yellow seatbelts. A custom 991.2 steering wheel has been installed featuring leather and Alcantara upholstery with deviated yellow stitching and a 12 o’clock marker. Other accessories include automatic climate control, cruise control, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation, aluminum pedals and footrest, the Light Design Package, Sound Package Plus, Front Axle Lift System, and a fire extinguisher.
Factory-rated at 475 HP and 325 lb.-ft of torque, the naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine has been modified with JCR Long Tube Inconel race headers, a SOUL valved side muffler bypass, and a SOUL center muffler bypass. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission and stopping power comes from optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB). Standard performance features include rear-axle steering, an electro-mechanical limited-slip differential, and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM). The seller notes the original F-series engine has been checked over by two Porsche dealerships and is without issue. A 40k-mile service was completed in August 2022 at 41,023 miles and an annual service was completed in August 2024 at 41,296 miles. A 10-year engine warranty went into effect in March 2015.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, an engine warranty letter, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Thank you for visiting my auction. I recently purchased this GT3 and absolutely love it! However, my wife can’t seem to find a way to live with the GT3 suspension and any seat settings with extra support that doesn’t hurt her back. Our second 911 is shared between us, the GT3 was to replace our 2014 C4S cab. However, that’s not going to work for her. As much as I hate to make this decision; I am not ready to give up my 2011 PTS Cobalt Blue GTS, and cannot deprive my wife of the enjoyment of driving a 911; and we don’t have the garage space for 3 911’s, so we have to find a new home for the GT3. Happy Wife; Happy Life!”

@gpmotors - 2 previous owners lived in NY. The prior did not, but I suspect the previous owner - I was told he drive from NY to Toronto often
Seems the car has seen a lot of salt from the rust underneath... Do you know if the previous owner drove it in the winters a lot?
@gpmotors - stock headers and center exhaust only. No side mufflers
Do you have the stock headers with cats and side mufflers?
@gpmotors - No - original engine
Has this had the motor replaced with the G series motor?

@diamondmotorworks - Ceramics are original - no signs they need to be replaced. No Track Time, but 1 PCA HPDE was done by a prior owner. No know maintenance or issues; last Porsche Service was done in August 2024 and they did a full inspection that did not identify any maintenance items above the annual service that was done

@Mikey8826 - I think this is a special GT3 - PTS Ice Blue and I think the mods are perfect. It's a stunning looking GT3 and gets lots of attention. The prior owner gave me his Service Records: 1) when he first bought the car - Manhattan Motorcars (March 2021 - 40,656 miles); 2) Bridgehampton Autosports (August 2022 -40K Service -41,023); and 3) just this past August 2023 - Annual Oil Change @ Porshce of Southhampton. The GT3 drives and run perfectly. I would not be selling, if only for the fact that I share this with my wife and she can't find a way that this doesn't hurt her back - Yes, it's a GT3 and I think it's fine...
@97Fatbot early 991.1 GT3 with F engine had issues. Porsche replaced most engines with “G Engines” , the rest were given a 10 yr warranty. Engines are preferred by buyers especially now that F engine warranties are coming to an end. That said buyers can still buy extended warranty on F Engined cars. Hope this helps.
I’m new to the Porsche world, what’s all this talk about bad engines? Is this car suspect or good?
Can you tell me more about the car. Seems like you only owned it for a few months. Any records. You can text or send it to my email. Thank you in advance. Sooner the better. I’m in North Carolina. Thanks. Mike (Mooresville)
Let's find a new home for the special GT3 today - a Porsche Black Friday. Let me know if you have any further questions that I can answer. Happy Bidding ;-)
@boosted33 - I am not aware of exhaust mods having any affect with the Engine Warranty. Others with more experience can share their opinions
For those more familiar with Porsche and their warranty claims - would the exhaust modifications cause any issues with a claim if the engine did happen to blow prior to March 2025?
Bid in the amount of $75,000
@kd123192 - I would assume vehicle transportation could be arranged. There are lots of carries around and many of the forum have Transports that people have used (i.e Rennlist). The last transport that I used moved my 3 Porsches from Scottsdale, AZ to Mount Pleasant, SC. I can pass on his info, but it really depends on his schedule and he normally drives West to East and vice versa.
Bid in the amount of $67,000
Fully appreciating your explanation & reason for selling, my wife too has a bad back. I will bid assuming reasonable, safe/reliable transportation to FL is readily available. If you know one please advise.
Thank you -

@AZMAUI yep I blew mine on track Sep 2023 and the warranty was up on my ‘14 in Jan 2024
Took it back on the track Dec ‘23 with the new G6 engine and it was night and day different.

@Actfsu - Yes, a very heavily discussed topic in the Rennlist Forum. https://rennlist.com/forums/991-gt3-gt3rs-gt2rs-and-911r/1235707-mileage-of-991-1-gt3-engine-failures.html. I also added photos of the various engines used and one person's perspective on possible solutions. Unfortunately, had to predict and I guess it depends an individual's risk factor. How did your engine blow? On the track?
@Actfsu - The prior 2 owners were in New York and the windshield area in question is where the NY Registration stickers were placed. Unfortunately, they cut the windshield tint? Not sure why they couldn't have placed the registration over the window tint. I only discovered with I went to remove the NY Registration Sticker. Photo attached from the previous NY. owner
Bid in the amount of $60,000
@seller can we get a photo of the front windshield tint on the driver side? Looks like something was cut out from it
Thanks
Better hope that end goes before March. My 991.1 GT3s engine blew 3 months before my 10 year warranty was up and it was over $90k to replace by Porsche.
The car was much stronger after the repair
@G964 - The previous owner said the car was never tracked, but the previous owner had done 1 PCA DE event. COA has now been posted
Thanks for looking at my auction and this special GT3 needs a new home. Please note the GT3 is actually in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. I moved here about a year ago and I used to live in Scottsdale, AZ.

@dvoccola - No problems with registration in South Carolina and previous owner was in New York. He didn't have any issues.
@PORCOR - Thanks. The color is very unique and one of the main reasons that I bought it. I wouldn't be selling, if my wife couldn't find a way to live with the suspension. As we share the 2nd 911, we were hoping that she would be able to find a way to live with it ;-(
@G964 - Unfortunately, the original wheels are not included - the seller that I bought them from did not have them from the previous seller. The only OEM Exhaust parts that I have are the center muffler and headers. I exhaust does not have cats. I will post the COA.
Love the color and mods. GLWTA
Looks like the Cup fenders remove the side marker lamps - any trouble with vehicle registration?
Hi, was this GT3 ever tracked? Are original exhaust and wheels included? I am guessing current exhaust does not have cats? Please post pic of COA.
