@KNLont - this is my wife's car and she hates to get rid of it, but we moved to the country and it is too nice of a car to drive on dirt roads.
The headrest goes back when it goes down and forward when it is extended up.
There no hinderances for a pick up.

I bid the last time around. I truly like your car as does my wife. I know the headrests adjust vertically, do they also adjust front-to-back? I also would have to have the car shipped to NJ, are there any hindrances for a pick up at your location?
