Powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system, this 2014 Mercedes-Benz E350 4MATIC Wagon comes finished in Polar White over Brown leather. It equips the Sport Package, AMG Styling Package, 18” AMG Double-Spoke wheels, and a host of additional amenities. Showing approximately 16k miles on the odometer, this one-owner E350 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York.
This example comes finished in Polar White (149U), and features revised styling and headlamps with integrated daytime running lights as part of the model’s mid-cycle facelift. The optional AMG Styling Package offers a redesigned front spoiler and side skirts. The car also equips the Sport Package, including 18” AMG Double-Spoke wheels dressed in Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires from 2022. The seller notes that the rear bumper and an area on the rear hatch were refinished due to minor cosmetic damage in 2016, as shown in the CARFAX report. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The cabin features Brown leather upholstery contrasted with black accents along with High-Gloss Burred Walnut wood veneers. A sport flat-bottomed steering wheel, multicontour front seats, and aluminum pedals are included in the Sport Package. Other equipment includes Active Lane Keeping Assist, Active Blind Sport Assist, Distronic Plus, the Driving Package, a COMAND system, a rear-view camera, a premium sound system, electric roller rear sun blinds, and an electric sunroof. Additionally, the cargo area features the E-class signature rear-facing bench seat that folds flat into the floor for increased storage capacity.
Power comes from a 3.5L V6 engine producing over 300 HP. All four wheels are driven by way of Mercedes’ 4Matic all-wheel-drive system paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission. The seller adds that synthetic oil changes have been performed since new. The CARFAX report shows a total of 9 service entries.
This sale will include a clean title, two keys, owner's manuals, a window sticker, a build sheet, an original model brochure, and miscellaneous records.
The seller would like you to know: “Exceptionally well preserved, very low mile, single owner E350 Sport Wagon. Well taken care of and in the right hands since new (MB and Porsche Club member). Phenomenal color combination of Polar white with Chestnut Brown and Black leather interior as well as great options including sport package, AMG wheels, 3 spoke wheel, etc. Overall unparalleled value for the automotive enthusiast who would like to have a near new W212 Mercedes Wagon.”

@msandford74 - you are welcome.
Thank you
@msandford74 - the car has received yearly oil changes with synthetic oil and oem filters.
Any additional info on oil changes?
Bid in the amount of $23,000
@PheasantRun - the car is with Pcar in Oyster Bay NY.
Is the car located in NY or Fla?
@donandrew - no need to replace them, they can be refinished - cost will depend on who’s doing it.
As tires are fairly new (have about 1500 miles) I would personally wait until next time tires are replaced and do it then.
Any idea on the cost to replace the oxidized wheels?

@ml2021 - yes, two keys.
Sale will go through a Florida dealer, can refer you to a NY DMV service agent who can handle all on your behalf.
@greg7334 - Thank you for the positive feedback, it is a fantastic example.
It was purchased along with something else and while it would be a great car to have it will just sit and not get used.
@ml2021 - have not been able to get the battery date codes, the car can sit for days and starts with no issue - there is no warning for the auxiliary battery - so they are both good.
If you wish to have new batteries, please factor that into your bid.
@Asvertes - all 4 wheels are original with no sustained damage - front left wheel does have some oxidation - the other 3 wheels have some minor imperfections around the center caps which are original and show wear - all is visible in the pictures.
If perfect wheels are a must - factor in refinishing them and new center caps in your bid.
The car has full blue tooth capabilities.
@PlaPan - 2 key fobs, correct? Also, if you are a dealer assisting the owner to facilitate this txn, can you take care of registering the car and obtaining plates from NYS DMV for a NYS buyer?
Hi, Presents very well. Certainly is well optioned. Out of curiosity, this looks like a keeper. What's the reason for the sale? Thanks, Greg
@PlaPan - any update on the age of the batteries?
We need to see better pictures of the wheels. Is there any curb rash or discoloration of the wheels? Can you hook up blue tooth or how does your phone integrate with the stereo?
Thanks!

@Tifoso - the headrests are present.
@FLCarNut - this car does have the driver assistance package (it is on the window sticker). I appreciate the well wishes.
@ml2021 - will check if batteries have date code stickers on them and let you know (I believe each one was replaced at least once) - W212 cars have a main and an auxiliary (no starter battery).
Sorry, I meant Driver Assistance Package in my comment below
I owned a W212 E350 with the Driver Package. I don't see the blind spot monitor sensors on the four side corners of this car. Am I missing something? Too bad there's no Parktronic. GLWTA.
Age of batteries (starter & main) are?
@Tifoso - that is correct.
The damage took place in 2016 - it has been repaired - the repair is flawless.
Will check on the head rests and let you know.
Just to be clear, the damage to the rear of the car shown in photos 181-185 has been repaired and the rear of the car currently appears as in photos 13-16, right? Also, does the car have the headrests for the third-row seats? Thank you.
@Vlad600sel - I appreciate the positive feedback. I do not have a VMI and cannot promise that I will have one by end of the auction (will try). Being a 16k mile car there will be very little on it and may not have much value. However, you are welcome to get one if you have a good contact at a MB dealer service department - if it is significant to you.
Bid in the amount of $20,000
Very nice
Can we get a vmi on it ?
