Produced by Aston Martin from 2004 until 2016, the DB9 was designed by Ian Callum and Henrik Fisker as the brand’s flagship grand touring car, featuring a 2+2 seating configuration and a naturally aspirated 5.9-liter V12 engine. This 2014 Aston Martin DB9 Volante is finished in Jet Black over Obsidian Black leather upholstery and equipped with a 6-speed automatic transaxle, a limited-slip differential, carbon ceramic brakes, heated and power-adjustable front seats, bi-xenon headlamps, 20” alloy wheels, and a Bang & Olufsen sound system. The car was originally sold from Napleton’s Aston Martin in Chicago and spent time in Illinois and Texas before being imported to Canada in 2022 when it was acquired by the seller. This DB9 Volante is now being offered for auction with approximately 20k miles showing on the odometer.
The aluminum and composite bodywork includes a tungsten grille, a vented bonnet, straked fender vents, an integrated rear spoiler, and signature swan wing doors. The exterior is finished in Jet Black with a matching convertible top. Equipment includes bi-xenon headlamps, polished dual exhaust outlets, front and rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, clear taillights, red brake calipers, and 20” split-spoke diamond-turned alloy wheels. The car rides on Pirelli P Zero tires dated from 2017 and 2020. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The 2+2 interior is appointed with Obsidian Black leather upholstery accented by Falcon Grey stitching, metallic silver trim, and a piano black upper center console. Accessories include heated and power-adjustable front seats, embroidered headrests, a three-spoke leather steering wheel, shift paddles, aluminum pedals, automatic climate control, cruise control, an engine start button, a retractable infotainment system screen, navigation, a CD stereo, and a Bang & Olufsen sound system.
The naturally aspirated 5.9-liter DOHC V12 engine delivers up to 510 HP and 457 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 6-speed ZF Touchtronic 2 automatic transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Performance features include adaptive dampers and cross-drilled ceramic composite brakes. Some maintenance history is provided on the CARFAX report.

This car has something that my newer Astons lack...a CD player! If I didn't have a 9GT, I'd bid just for that. These are great cars by the way. By 2014 multiple improvements had been made and reliability in mine has been excellent.
