Finished in Tuxedo Black Metallic, this 2012 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor SuperCrew was sent to Shelby American in 2017 where it was fitted with an upgraded 6.6L Livernois engine and a Whipple supercharger resulting in over 570 HP at the rear wheels. The truck was also modified with skid plates, LED lighting, a Borla exhaust, an upgraded off-road suspension, carbon fiber wheel arches, and much more. Additionally, it came factory equipped with the Luxury Package, a power moonroof, and a front & rear camera system. Boasting over $30k in custom modifications, this F-150 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California accompanied by a Shelby Certificate of Authenticity.

The Raptor shares only its headlights with a standard F-150 and features a more aggressive front fascia, a composite hood, and widened fenders to accommodate its wider track and larger wheels. This example comes factory-finished in Tuxedo Black Metallic and has been modified with carbon fiber wheel arches, LED accessory lights, a tailgate step, and three protective skid plates. The bed has also been coated with Line-X and equipped with a Pace Edward remote-controlled power cover. The truck rides on 17” SVT wheels with new BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A tires mounted in May 2023, measuring 35”x12.5”. An unused matching spare wheel and a custom car cover are also included. The seller notes a few minor paint chips on the front door edges and some small dents on the front bumper. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report showing damage in 2020.

The black interior features leather seats with Raptor backrest logos and includes the Luxury Package which adds power-adjustable pedals, automatic climate control, a remote starter, a trailer brake controller, and power-adjustable front seats with heating and cooling. Other options include a power moonroof, a Sony navigation radio, and a front & rear camera system. Modifications include a Shelby gauge pod with a supercharger boost meter and two remote tuning programmers.

The original 6.2L engine was swapped by Shelby American in 2017 for an upgraded 6.6L Livernois V8 short block featuring refurbished heads, Kooks GREEN catalytic converters, a Borla exhaust, an upgraded fuel pump, and a Whipple supercharger with an 8-rib belt. A dyno-tested output of up to 571.44 HP and 550.95 lb.-ft of torque is sent to all four wheels by way of a 6-speed automatic transmission and a 4.10 electronic locking rear axle. Other upgrades include a Mag-Hytec differential cover, Shelby traction bars, an SVT mid-travel off-road upgrade kit, SVT rear leaf packs with a 2” lift, an SVT rear bump stop kit, FOX rear triple-bypass shocks, and FOX front coilovers. The seller notes a binder of service records will accompany the truck showing routine engine and transmission fluid changes, tire replacements, new batteries, and other routine maintenance items. In 2023, the truck received new ball joints, a four-wheel alignment, new brakes, and a serpentine belt tensioner.

This sale will include the original window sticker, a custom car cover, and a clean title.

The seller would like you to know:  "Due to health issues, I am offering this Raptor for sale. If that was not the case this truck would not be for sale, as it truly is my baby."

Hangar7, I am sorry if I was misleading.....by diodes, I meant the oxygen sensors in the catalytic converter.

It has always been registered in Vegas through my partner's corporation so when he retired and emigrated to Singapore I left it that way for simplicity but I remember seeing a bill for some work to adjust the diodes (I believe it was diodes). I have two flash boxes so you may have to have someone adjust the settings but I see no reason why it would not pass. I am in Palm Springs right now and return home tomorrow so will look for the receipt for the diode work and upload a photo.
I just want to reiterate that this truck would not be for sale but for my cancer. 12th December 2019 I was given 18 months to 3 years so I am already way beyond the prognosis. There is a treatment that is available in germany so I need to have the readdies to take that trip if and when the time comes. I had to choose between this truck and my 1979 Rolls Royce (pristine with only 24,000 miles) and the Rolls won because when I pass my wife will be able to drive the Rolls but the Raptor is too much of a beast for her.

Any issue ever passing CA smog?

    Thanks!

The Livernois engine only has about 50,000 miles on it and has always been treated with respect although I do let her stretch her legs once in a while. Also, the majority of the mileage was freeway miles as my partner used to travel to our office in Los Angeles from Las Vegas every week or two.

I just uploaded the photos taken after I picked up the truck from my body guy. He got rid of 95% of the Christmas tree sap around the back window, he got rid of 100% of the sap on the front of the drivers side bed liner, and he repainted the hood to fix the fine scratches. Cost me $700 but whether I sell the truck or keep it, it had to be done.

I just wanted to update a couple of misleading items.
Firstly, the CARFAX report says that the truck was involved in an accident that deployed an airbag. The rear drivers side airbag did surprisingly deploy in a very minor accident. Luckily I have a couple of photos from the accident scene which I will upload. You can see the deployed airbag but the damage was very minor to the lower corner of the rear drivers door.......in fact the replacement airbag was the most expensive item in the repair.
Secondly, every year I collect Christmas trees which we take to our local beach and burn for the kids. In the close up pictures #37, #47 and #56 you can see what looks like small scratches. Also in #42 you can see the same on the drivers side forward bed panel. These are in fact just remnents of Christmas tree sap that the car wash guy told me to leave as they would eventually disappear.....that has not happened yet so my body guy just removed it all. In #40 you can see a small scratch on the hood....not sure what it is (think I may have parked under a hanging over bush/tree like a bougainvillea) but while at my body guy I had them paint the hood as well. I am picking up the truck today so will upload the photos of that later.
Lastly, my mechanic had the truck last week and everything is absolutely A1.

Welcome to my listing guys......please feel free to ask any questions you may have. I will be checking in regularly to respond to them....I would also recommend that if you have an expert in the Los Angeles area you have them come over and check the truck out....it really is a special vehicle and it absolutely breaks my heart to have to let it go.
