Available for auction is an authentic rear mainplane wing from a 2012 Ferrari F2012 chassis Formula 1 car. This unique piece was removed from the car used in the 2012 Singapore Grand Prix where Fernando Alonso found himself on the podium in 3rd.
Spanish bank Santander had been a major sponsor in Formula 1 beginning in 2007 with McLaren then following Fernando Alonso to Ferrari in 2010. In 2017, Santander concluded its sponsorship with Ferrari and exited Formula 1 entirely. It was announced after a 4-year hiatus, Santander would return as a Premium Partner with Ferrari for the 2022 Formula 1 season and will continue to be with the team for multiple years.
The seller states the wing is currently mounted to a plexiglass stand ready to be displayed in your collection. Don't miss your opportunity to own a piece of Ferrari and Formula 1 history. The buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and fees.
