The GTM is a kit-built supercar by Factory Five Racing which features a lightweight composite/aluminum bodyshell over a proprietary mid-engine steel tube spaceframe chassis. This example was purchased by the seller in 2010, and the assembly was completed in 2012. It derives power from a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine and comes equipped with a Mendeola 5-speed manual transaxle, a custom intake system, a Kooks stainless-steel GTM exhaust system, adjustable Koni coilovers, leather and microsuede interior upholstery, Vintage Air climate control, power windows, a carbon fiber rear diffuser, an adjustable rear wing, and 18” Forgestar wheels. Showing approximately 7k kilometers or 4,300 miles on the odometer, this Factory Five GTM is now being offered for auction out of Canada.
The aluminum and composite bodywork is finished with metallic yellow paint and includes covered headlamps, fog lights, a louvered engine cover, a vented clamshell hood, functional side air scoops, integrated dual exhaust tips, an adjustable rear wing, and a carbon fiber rear diffuser. Red brake calipers are mounted behind silver 18” Forgestar wheels with machined faces. The car rides on Michelin Pilot Sport tires measuring 245/40 in front and 335/30 at the rear. The seller notes oxidation on the windshield wiper arms and some paint touch-ups around the exterior. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is equipped with fixed-back bucket seats covered in black leather and microsuede upholstery with contrasting yellow stitching and grey accents. Matching upholstery adorns the dashboard, door panels, and center console. Accessories include embroidered headrests, carbon fiber trim, a leather-wrapped Grant GT steering wheel, a polished gear knob, Wilwood pedals, a GPS speedometer, power windows, a Vintage Air climate control system, and a Kenwood CD stereo. The seller indicates the air-conditioning system was serviced in 2023.
Power comes from a mid-mounted 6.2-liter GM LS3 V8 engine with Corvette-branded covers, a custom air intake system, a front-mounted aluminum radiator, and a Kook stainless-steel GTM exhaust with a heat-wrapped X-pipe. The rear wheels are driven through a Mendeola SDR5 5-speed manual transaxle and a 4:10:1 differential. The car is equipped with unassisted rack-and-pinion steering, four-wheel cross-drilled brake discs, Wilwood clutch and brake master cylinders, twin electric radiator cooling fans, and an independent suspension with adjustable Koni coilovers. A full inspection has been completed in preparation for sale and there are no outstanding service items reported by the seller.
This sale will include a British Columbia registration, a copy of the manufacturer's certificate of origin, build manuals, service records, and a battery trickle charger.
The seller would like you to know: "This Factory Five Racing GTM is offered with a copy of the manufacturer’s certificate of origin, service receipts, build manuals, and British Columbia registration in WCDM's name. The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage and lists history in British Columbia from the initial September 2012 entry."

@Doc18015 Thanks for the interest in this special car. Interior is trimmed in a combination of Leather ( console/ Dash) with Vinyl and Alcantara and professionally finished. There is no damage/ cracks to the windshield. Will be posting a cold start video today , so watch for that. The car was registered in the US in 2023 so a re-importation would not be applicable to any duty. feel free to contact me direct and I am happy to walk thru the process
The seats are leather covered as read, but the other trims ( dash, door panels) look to be vinyl. Is that correct? Can you post a video of the auto running/driving? Can you post pictures of the damaged areas including the windshield crack? Do you anticipate any issues with the importation to the USA including the proposed tariffs on importation? Please provide answers as I am going to bid based on these results. Thank you!

In regards to the cracked windscreen, is this a custom piece or off the shelf?
