The flagship 911 of its generation, the 997.2 Turbo S debuted as Porsche’s fastest production car at the time. This 2011 example is finished in Black over a Black full leather interior and is equipped as standard with a flat-six engine that produces up to 530 HP, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), the Sport Chrono Package, and center-locking 19” wheels. It came from the factory optioned with additional leather trim, a 3-spoke PDK Sports Steering Wheel with shift paddles, 12-way power-adjustable Comfort Seats with seat ventilation and multi-stage heating, Bluetooth connectivity with Universal Audio Interface, the ParkAssist System, XM Radio, and more. Maintained by the current owner for the past five years, this Turbo S is now being offered for auction out of Nevada showing approximately 47k miles on the odometer.
This 997.2 is finished in Black and rides on 19” center-locking RS Spyder wheels that sit in front of yellow-painted brake calipers. The wheels are dressed in Pirelli P Zero tires with 01/15 date codes at the front and 49/16 date codes at the rear. The seller notes that the windows have been tinted and some minor cosmetic imperfections are present including road rash on the front plastic lip and scrapes on the lower section of the rear pumper. Paint meter readings suggest some areas of the exterior have been refinished, but there are said to be no visible signs of repaint or overspray. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is upholstered in black full leather and is optioned with 12-way power-adjustable Comfort Seats with seat ventilation and multi-stage heating along with Porsche crested headrests, a 3-spoke PDK Sports Steering Wheel with shift paddles, Bluetooth connectivity with Universal Audio Interface, the ParkAssist System, XM Radio, leather sun visors, and a leather-covered rear center console. The seller notes WeatherTech rubber floor liners have been installed since they bought the car and that the original floor mats are also included with the sale.
This Turbo S is equipped with a direct fuel-injected 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (PDK) sending as much as 530 HP and 516 lb.-ft of torque stock to all four wheels. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH occurs in 3.3 seconds with a top speed of nearly 200 MPH. Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) are equipped as standard along with the Sport Chrono Package. The seller notes the car has been fitted with a Europipe exhaust system that retails for $4,475, although the original exhaust is also included with the sale. The seller reports that the oil has been changed every 3k miles, and the ignition coils, spark plugs, CV boots, and serpentine belt tensioner were replaced within the last 3k miles.
This sale will include a clean title, window sticker, a toolkit, an air pump, owner’s manuals, sales literature, and some documentation.
The seller would like you to know: "Thank you for visiting my auction. This has been my ‘go-to’ fun car for the past 5 years and what fun it's been. I have owned lots of fast and interesting cars, but a Porsche really is different and a Turbo S is just that much more enjoyable. This is a solid driver-quality car, which presents extremely well. There is some road rash, mostly restricted to the plastic sections of the car, front bumper, and wheel openings. There is a scrape in the plastic sill and some scraping along the lower edges of the rear bumper- all courtesy of the previous owner, bless his soul. These blemishes are not visible while standing next to the car- you have to get close up on your hands and knees to see them. The car has been fitted with a Europipe exhaust system which currently sells for $4,475. It provides a fantastic but mellow sound, far better than the original, without any droning. The original Porsche exhaust will be included in the sale. The car has been garaged at all times and has never seen rain under my ownership. And since previous owners were in LA, it is quite possible that it has never seen rain in its life."

@R-car4Me Thanks for the comments and yes, I’m missing her already. In Nevada the month (07) is in large font and the year is in small font vertically, so ‘07 2023’ in this instance. I just renewed the registration 2 weeks ago (but when the photos were taken, I had not attached the new sticker). Photo #131 shows the smog certificate dated 7/14/23 needed to renew the registration.
@VRV000- What a great Porsche - Well, kept and still looking new; just a quick note on your Licence plate VRV 1- that is showing a 07 green tab that I thought was the year when you last paid the license tabs cost; I hope that not the case here
