The 2009 model year saw the introduction of the updated Porsche 997.2 generation featuring improved technology, styling refinements, and a more powerful range of flat-six engines with direct fuel injection. This 2009 Porsche 997.2 Carrera Coupe is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over a Sand Beige interior and factory-equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission, heated Power Comfort Seats, the Bose High-End Sound Package, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation. It was purchased by the current owner in November 2021 and received a new clutch kit, slave cylinder, spark plugs, water pump, and front tires the following year. Showing just over 37k miles on the odometer, this Carrera is now being offered for auction out of New Hampshire.
This Carrera Coupe is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic and features bi-xenon headlamps with washers, fog lamps, LED taillights, an electric sunroof, black stone guard decals, dual exhaust outlets, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. Black Porsche-branded brake calipers are mounted behind factory 18” Carrera IV wheels. New front tires were installed in 2022, and the rear tires show production date codes from 2014. The seller notes imperfections including paint chips and scratches, minor underbody corrosion, and curb rash on the wheels. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The Sand Beige interior includes matching carpets, an Alcantara headliner, optional heated Power Comfort Seats with driver memory, a three-spoke leather steering wheel, and Carrera-logo door sills. Other accessories include automatic climate control, cruise control, a remote central locking system, the optional Bose High-End Sound Package, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation, and a universal audio interface. Some wear is noted on the interior touchpoints.
A naturally aspirated and direct fuel-injected 3.6-liter flat-six engine provides up to 345 HP and 287 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. Stopping power comes from fixed 4-piston brakes with cross-drilled 330mm discs at each corner. In July 2021 at 34k miles, the car received an oil change along with a new thermostat, brake pads, and a four-wheel alignment. Service in March 2022 at 35k miles included a new clutch kit, slave cylinder, water pump, spark plugs, exhaust couplers, and a four-wheel alignment. The CARFAX report also shows an oil service completed in June 2023.
This sale will include two keys, owner’s manuals, a window sticker, some service records, a car cover, and a clean title.

Folks the comment section is not for negotiation. That’s what the makeover button is for. Seller, if the buyer does not formally submit the offer, it is not valid.

@zuff yes no problem. I will get one and post it today
@ATB Thanks for that explanation. Can you post a photo of the fender with the antenna removed?
@urfealex thank you. When I purchased the car from the previous owner I had a PPI done. At that time the over-rev count was "0". To my knowledge the car has never been tracked.
@zuff yes it's a factory part. It's for AM radio reception. It easily unscrews. I leave it off most of the time.
This looks to be a very nice example, especially in the handsome silver on tan combination, instead of black. I was just following it on Cars & Bids, and was surprided when it didn’t sell.
GLWTA! Someone is going to get a terrific Coupe!
Please provide the date codes for the tires. Looks like three are 2014 and one is 2021.
Thank you
I’ve never seen a fender mounted antenna on a 911 before. Is that a factory part or added later? Any idea why it’s there, given the antenna in the glass?
Very nice example: Do you have a DME on this car? Has it been tracked? Thanks in advance.
Welcome. This is my beautiful 997.2. Please let me know if you have any questions.
