Constructed by Eagle Roadster of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, this 2007 Eagle Roadster Indy Car-Style Special comes finished in silver with blue racing livery and sponsor decals over a color-coordinated cockpit. It features a 3.5-liter Chrysler V6 engine mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission, independent suspension with adjustable coilovers, disc brakes, staggered-sized Shelby wheels, a Sparco steering wheel, AutoMeter instrumentation, and more. Upon the seller’s acquisition in September 2023, this example was stored in a climate-controlled environment and received various maintenance items before relocating to the Classic Car Museum of St. Augustine. Showing approximately 3k miles on the odometer, this rare Eagle Roadster is now being offered for auction out of Florida.
Mounted upon a tubular steel chassis, the fiberglass bodywork comes finished in silver with blue racing livery and contrasting sponsor decals. The model was initially sold under the Indy Street brand, with production continuing under Eagle Roadsters following the founder's passing in 2007. Selected with a single-seat configuration, this open-wheel vehicle features front and rear wings, dual mirrors, PIAA headlights, side air intakes, LED taillights, and dual exhaust outlets. It rides on 18”/20” Shelby wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport tires mounted in 2023. The seller notes a minor scratch near the bottom left side, and the paint protection film shows minor yellowing due to age. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The cockpit is outfitted with a single racing seat in blue and black upholstery with a prancing-horse emblemized headrest and a four-point harness. The Sparco steering wheel frames AutoMeter white-faced gauges with chrome bezels, and a digital media player has been fitted with two 10” Sony speakers. Additionally, an OBD2 port is provided within the cabin.
A 3.5-liter Chrysler V6 engine powers the rear wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission. Performance features include a SuperTrapp exhaust system, dual electric radiator cooling fans, a fully independent suspension with adjustable coilovers, tubular front control arms, a multi-link rear setup, and four-wheel disc brakes. The seller notes that all tubing, fluids, and lubrication points have been replenished with track-quality materials. Recent maintenance includes replacing all fluids, brake components (including the master cylinder, except for brake lines), the transmission filter, fluid, and gasket. Newly fitted components include a fuel line, spark plugs, coolant hoses, coolant, and coil packs.
This sale will include a clean title listing the vehicle as a 2007 ASPT with the Florida-assigned identification number FLA61001. A painted helmet matching the car is also included.
The seller would like you to know: “Thank you for visiting my auction. I have owned this car for over one year and stored it in a climate-controlled garage or at the Classic Car Museum in St. Augustine, Florida. All maintenance is up-to-date. The car is completely stock with a brand-new set of tires installed last year. The cabin is clean with outdoor-safe materials. It has an amazing amount of room, and I have taken a set of clubs with a collapsible bag and golf shoes to the course for 18 holes last fall.Being street legal, I get lots of funny requests like posing for pictures and on two different occasions when a vehicle coming in the other direction trying to give me a thumbs up and making a video of me driving by ended up knocking down a mailbox. I will be around and checking into the auction quite often, so please feel free to ask any questions”

Thank you
Is the advertiser of the car participating in the auction?
@genpower no idea about your question maybe someone is being funny or trying to be
i was going to track it (which is why i did all the new parts) but have a NA v8 , rwd v6 turbo and a front wheeldrive turbo i do HPDE events with already.
@R3V-RS5 understood I’m sure would be a blast on track and especially at Lime Rock
not by me but i was told by previous owner that it was at Limerock for a club day and was more like a parade lap
Has the car ever been on track? If yes have you ever taken it on track?

Bid in the amount of $10,000
Bid in the amount of $8,000
I toyed with the idea of advertising my company on the side and using as a sales vehicle. After thinking it through the tax write off did not out weigh the milage added.
great questions by the way Luis.
i think the Ferrari dealership i mentioned was friends with Naples Motorsports which is probably where the logos came from by both of them.
No there is not. I was told they used it as a promo car for them. All decals can be removed and a new livery installed.
Thankkkks,
I see an advertising notice on the car that says
WWW.NAPLESMOTORSPORTS.COM
Is there any relationship with the company for advertising?
I definitely would not use it as a getaway car from a bank heist lmao if those even happen anymore 😁
It must be like walking next to Messi
Your welcome Luis,
Scott
Thankkks
Luis
I will say if you like people gawking and losing their mind in amazement about a car your driving in it is priceless 😂
When I first insured it to get a plate I had to state an amount cause they are no comps I have seen nor could the insurance company find. It is worth what you would pay for it.
as I am not the original owner I don’t have an exact amount and have not found anything 100%, but have read and been told from previous owner this one was near 85k and was traded in in your neck of the woods to a Ferrari dealership which then auctioned it to previous owner. They were customized to each owners taste and wants.
thanks
Understood, it is clear
Let me know something, if possible
A car similar to this one, if it exists, what price can it have commercially?
Not sentimental value.
@genpower of course i can not discuss a reserve during an auction. just know that when an offer i would accept is posted there will not be a reserve as i would lift it. :-)
And when you come to Miami, you can enjoy it with all your pleasure.
Dear Sir,
thanks
It is a valuable answer, kept where no one sees it and without enjoying it, it has no meaning.
I would like to buy it, it depends on the amount of the reservation.
@Genpower Good Morning, i have 3 other cars and only room for 3. I pay for storage and the car is housed 30 minutes away from me so giving it some exercise requires planning and organizing access. I feel cars need movement and attention and feel like i can not give this car that unlike my other 3 in my garage.

It’s time this fun and exciting vehicle gets someone to give it the seat time it deserves
I agree and agree to use it, display it, drive it and display it in Miami Beach and other places.
Nice car
Good morning
Why are you selling the car?
To aid any potential buyers i will answer some questions i have been asked before.
"I am a LARGE human will i fit" = Yes, these were made as 2 seaters and to the best of my knowledge the Chassis is the same as my single seater. I was told by previous owner that this is #1 of the 3 ever produced custom made single seaters. The gentleman that custom ordered this car had a large speaker box and speakers in the cab connected to a Media player added prior to purchase and delivery.
Is this the same car builder that made Ron Artest's Indy car seen on TMZ and many other news articles online? =
Yes, he had a red 2 seater he used to drive all the time to NBA games he was playing in. Also he is 6'-7" and fit with his wife (See above question)
Could i do engine swap or add Turbo? = Many have done such changes and the room between engine and firewall is rather vast.
hope this helps
Good Morning Car lovers, Just some last minute house keeping as the auction nears its end. This site doesn't allow PDF uploads (or i missed the option) so i snapped some pics of some of the receipts i found. I Did not save all as i didn't intend to sell the car. Its the odd man out as i only have room for 3 vehicles. I am standing by for any questions so do not hesitate to ask here or use contact seller option.

Hope everyone having a good weekend. Just some information about this listing. I had this listed by someone on another website very recently. The auction went well but the reserve was not reached. This auction I have reduced reserve quite a bit. The reason is this car needs to be driven and not sitting in a museum. As you all know cars do not want to sit they want to be seen and driven. Main reason I did every fluid , filter and consumable change ,etc was cause it was barely driven and used as a promo car. It’s time this fun and exciting vehicle gets someone to give it the seat time it deserves. Happy bidding and I’m here for any and all questions. Enjoy your weekend.
If your interested in seeing the car in person during normal business hours of the museum I will pay for your admission to the museum. This way you can take your time to inspect and get to see some other amazing vehicles on my dime. Just post on the auction you plan to do this please. Of course no bid required to go have a look. I ask for the post so I know to pay for you prior to arriving. You can look up the St. Augustine Classic Car museum to see hours of operation. Thanks
Hello and welcome to the auction of my Eagle Roadster Indy special. I have attached a link to a driving video I was able to do 3 days ago after the hurricane Milton passed through. Car is stored at the classic car museum in St. Augustine, Florida in their climate controlled showcase area with many other cars. I have 3 other cars and only room in my 2 car climate controlled garage for 3 vehicles (I have a 4 post lift) https://youtu.be/ZGp17VAPBdo?si=MvvGq1ZwmF-IaSTh
I am also attaching a start up video from the same day here: https://youtu.be/tIhD1BJgIqY?si=bawccNQ0RNv6B89L
I will be checking as often as possible for any questions. Car runs great and is a blast to drive. It’s a show stopper when I take it to cars and coffee or just to the gas station.
