Featuring a naturally aspirated 4.5-liter V8 sending power to all four wheels, this 2006 Porsche Cayenne S was purchased by the seller from a specialist in August 2023 who refinished it in Black Olive, and installed a Eurowise suspension lift kit, modified mufflers, a push bar, offroad driving lights, and Victor Equipment Berg wheels with 33” tires. Under the seller’s ownership, it was further enhanced with new OEM fuel pumps, carbon ceramic brake pads, a new brake booster, spark plugs, and a touchscreen Bluetooth head unit with Apple CarPlay. This Cayenne S was also factory-equipped with optional variable-assist power steering, heated soft-look leather seats with Porsche-crested headrests, illuminated door entry guards, a compass display, a moonroof, a trailer hitch, and the Light Comfort Package. Showing approximately 163k miles on the odometer, this Cayenne S is now being offered for auction out of Massachusetts.
This Cayenne has been refinished in Black Olive with a contrasting black roof and spoiler. It has been fitted with aftermarket LED headlights taillights, a bolt-on push bar with offroad driving lights, and black 18” Victor Equipment Berg wheels dressed in 33” Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac tires from 2022. Other equipment includes silver Porsche-branded brake calipers, a rear window wiper, black rear Porsche lettering, dual exhaust outlets, black roof rails, a moonroof, a trailer hitch, brushed aluminum exterior trim, and silver Porsche-branded brake calipers. The seller notes the wheel wells have been trimmed to accommodate the larger tires, although the tires still rub slightly on the plastic cladding when the steering wheel is fully turned. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The black leather interior includes optional soft-look leather Comfort Seats with heating and Porsche-crested headrests. Other factory features include automatic climate control, cruise control, rear roll-up sunscreens, illuminated door entry guards, a compass display, the Light Comfort Package, Bose speakers, and a Sony touchscreen Bluetooth Apple CarPlay head unit with a backup camera. Some imperfections are noted on the headliner and the aftermarket headlights cause a warning light on the dashboard. An intermittent warning message for the all-wheel-drive system also appears, although the car is said to be driving properly, and the differential stepper motor was replaced as a precaution.
A naturally aspirated 4.5-liter V8 engine delivers up to 335 HP and 310 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels through a 6-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission with a dual-range transfer case and locking differentials. This Cayenne S received a Eurowise frame and suspension lift kit and was overhauled with a new starter and aluminum coolant pipes. The stock mufflers were also modified for a more aggressive tone. Under current ownership, the car was serviced with new fuel pumps and filters, batteries, spark plugs, one new coil pack, a new transmission pan, a new differential stepper motor, carbon ceramic brake pads, a new brake booster, and a new HVAC blower motor.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a full-size orange spare wheel, a roof rack, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Thanks for checking out my 2006 Porsche Cayenne S, but what is in a name? This is truly a special vehicle - think Mad Max meets Grey Poupon. This is not "lipstick on a pig" but a thorough and professional restoration and modification of a now classic Cayenne platform. The tasteful modifications turn heads almost everywhere it goes. It handles like a Porsche, supposedly can go anywhere (I have never taken it off-road), and sounds amazing as it accelerates very rapidly with the 4.5L V8 powering the 33" tires. I have thoroughly enjoyed owning it as my daily driver but my short commute into Boston every day is treacherous to say the least and I cannot justify keeping it as a weekend car. Now just find your local Cars and Coffee meets and go have some fun!”

@dylanmp25 Just sent message... sorry about that!
Good afternoon…just checking in on the message I sent you….
Hi, this car was painted Porsche Black Olive a few years ago (not sure of exact date) by the previous owner who was also a professional car painter. For what it's worth he told me it would have been a $10k paint job if he did not do it himself - it's truly stunning. There are no wheel spacers. I get a small rub on the passenger front fender well when I turn the wheel all the way to back out of my driveway to go right... other than that it's clear!
Offer in the amount of $11,000
Hi..Is the car re-painted or a wrap ?
Are there wheel spacers and do the tires rub ?
THanks!
The person I bought it from did the mods in his own shop so I don't have many specifics. It has new cats and stainless exhaust manifolds but the 955 "suitcase" muffler is still there... he mentioned something about the muffler valves but TBH, I was so taken by the overall build, lift kit and suspension I didn't pay much attention to the exhaust work. Bottom line for me, it passed MA inspection! It does sound pretty amazing.
exhaust has a beautiful crackle. what was done?
@Kaikane40 Just to add some commentary without beating a dead horse, the person I bought it from (who did the mods) owns a shop that specializes in this sort of thing, but this was also his personal vehicle. I know this doesn't make the maintenance and modification list appear, but since his shop was working on his car he did not have a catalogue of what was done and how much it cost...

I like this rig a lot but there is no documentation for all the maintenance and other modifications. Good luck to you!

Hi folks,
Just wanted to drop a note encouraging anyone to reach out with questions/comments/etc.
I am selling because it has become my daily driver (darn kids and their licenses) and I park in literally the worst area of Boston. I get compliments and turn heads on a regular basis and it puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. This vehicle is in truly remarkable shape and deserves a good home to keep it that way!
Thanks,
Bill
