Finished in Black over Sand Beige full leather, this 2006 Porsche 997 Carrera 4S Coupe is equipped with a 3.8-liter flat-six engine sending power to all four wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission. It also features the Sport Chrono Package Plus, Bose High-End Sound Package, Power Seat Package, heated front seats, the Exclusive Sport Exhaust System, and more. Showing approximately 95k miles on the odometer, this C4S is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Oregon.
Compared to the base 997 Carrera, the 4S features wider fenders, quad exhaust outlets, and red brake calipers. This example is finished in Black with 19” Carrera Sport wheels dressed in Bridgestone tires from 2015. Minor road wear is noted on the front end. Detailed images are available in the gallery, along with a CARFAX report showing a sideswipe collision in July 2010 that resulted in professional refinishing and paint-matching of the passenger-side door and rear quarter panel.
The cabin presents Sand Beige full leather upholstery with black Porsche-lettered floor mats and Exclusive Porsche-crested headrests. Optional equipment also includes the Power Seat Package, heated front seats, Bose High-End Sound Package, PCM Navigation, a remote 6-disc CD changer, and self-dimming mirrors. The Sport Chrono Package Plus adds a stopwatch dial atop the dashboard.
Power is derived from a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine that delivers up to 355 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH can be achieved in about 4.5 seconds onto a top speed of 180 MPH. Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) is included as standard, while the Sport Exhaust System and TPMS were additionally opted for. The seller adds that the windshield sticker indicates a service was performed in April 2024, and no outstanding maintenance items have been reported.
This sale will include a clean title.

I don’t have much records on the car, so I don’t think it was replaced, the car drives fantastic I don’t hear noises. 997s don’t have that bad of a issue as the 996s. There was no shavings in the oil filter, when the oil change was done as to Stuttgart less than 1000 miles ago.

Hello Everyone, yes this car was previously listed on BAT. This is a beautiful car. It’s not too easy to find a nice example C4S with a Six speed manual transmission. In my opinion, this spec is really nice. It really brings out the car. Don’t miss this chance to own a beautiful 997.

Previously listed in BaT 9 days ago. No info on IMS, little service history, didn’t meet reserve at $31k. Sold on AutoTrader prior at $35k to seller. Should level set this auction so we don’t see it fall short again. GLWTA!
Does this car have the original IMS bearing?
