Ferrari’s flagship sports car from 2005-2010, the F430 combines Pininfarina-designed bodywork with F1-derived technology and a flat-plane crank V8 producing over 480 HP. This 2006 Spider comes finished in Blu Tour De France over tan leather and features optional Daytona-style seats as well as Challenge-style wheels and an F1 automated manual gearbox. Acquired by the seller at approximately 600 miles from Ferrari of Silicon Valley in December 2007, this example is said to have been routinely dealer-serviced and stored in a climate-controlled garage. This F430 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Massachusetts while showing approximately 9k miles on the odometer.
The F430 was an evolution of its predecessor, the 360 Modena, sharing an Alcoa Aluminum-designed space-frame chassis, but designed with improved aerodynamics including larger rear air intakes, pronounced elliptical front intakes in the front bumper, and a Formula-1 style front spoiler that channels air down the underbody. This F430 is finished in Blu Tour De France paired with a matching power-retractable soft top and Scuderia Ferrari fender shields. The seller notes minor paint imperfections on the skid plates and front end, and that the car has been treated with a ceramic coating. It rides on a set of 19” Challenge-style wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires from 2016.
The interior is upholstered in tan leather with matching door panels and a black dashboard with blue deviated stitching. Optional Daytona-style seats feature power operation and Ferrari Cavallino logos embossed in the headrests. The driver is supplied with drilled aluminum pedals, a yellow-faced 10k-RPM tachometer, and a perforated leather three-spoke steering wheel with a red start/stop button, a Manettino switch, and column-mounted paddle shifters. The equipment also includes a drilled aluminum passenger footrest, a plaque mounted to the passenger side dash honoring Ferrari’s Formula 1 championship victories, and Ferrari-branded door sills. The seller adds that the common “sticky buttons” have been professionally repaired and a minor imperfection is noted on the driver’s seat bolster.
Beneath the clear polycarbonate engine cover lies a mid-mounted 32-valve quad-cam 4.3-liter V8 that generates 483 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by a 6-speed F1 automated manual transmission and an E-Diff active limited-slip differential that allows the F430 to reach 60 MPH in approximately 4 seconds, with a claimed top speed of almost 200 MPH. The F430 is the first model to include Ferrari’s E-Diff electronic differential, which evenly distributes torque to the rear wheels. The F430 was also the first Ferrari to be equipped with the Manettino dial, allowing the driver to fine-tune driving characteristics including traction control, throttle response, E-diff function, and the adaptable Skyhook electronic suspension. Braking is handled by Brembo molybdenum-enforced four-piston calipers with cross-drilled cast iron rotors and Bosch electronic ABS. All maintenance is said to have been kept up to date by the specialists at Ferrari of New England. The seller adds that a recent service was carried out by Ferrari of New England at a cost of approximately $15k including the replacement of the steering pump due to a slight leak, all fluids refreshed, new windshield wipers, and all routine needs. Additionally, the F1 gearbox clutch was reportedly measured at 9% use.
This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, a toolkit, two car covers, sales literature, a battery charger, and a Ferrari flashlight.
The seller would like you to know: “Thanks for visiting my auction. I have loved this car and am only selling it now due to a move to the Metropolitan area. Car is not practical with no good local storage options. All service is up to date. Recent $15,000 service done to address ALL routine items plus PERMANENT sticky button repair. Clutch measured at 9% use. The car resides in a climate-controlled garage. Current tires have under 1000 miles. Runs perfectly and everything works. No accidents and ALL the paint is original with no resprays anywhere. Happy to answer any questions.”

Good call to not let go, too cheap.. I understand many on the market, but with the miles/color deserves more.. Market soft right now, will recover, hold onto it, better than $$ in the bank.

@PorscheGuy32 thanks very much for the comment. It is a beautiful car and I have mixed feelings about selling it. Hopefully others agree with you.
Amazing spec, along will low miles make this car very desirable. Next best thing to a factory gated example would be this. I would not do a conversion and keep it OEM.

Good afternoon and welcome to the auction. Happy to answer any questions that you may have. I have loved this car but due to a recent move to the city it is not feasible to keep it. I am the 2nd owner and purchased it in 2007 with 600+ miles. All service is up to date and there are no issues. Happy bidding and good luck. I will check frequently for questions or comments.
