For 2005 and 2006, BMW offered the Competition Package (ZCP) on its high-performance M3 model, which equips cross-drilled brakes derived from the European-market M3 CSL along with 19” forged alloy wheels, a specially tuned suspension, a quick ratio steering rack, an M-Track mode for the electronic stability control, and Alcantara trim throughout the cabin. This final year example was ordered in Imola Red over a rare Anthracite “M-Texture” leather and Alcantara interior and was delivered new to BMW of Arlington in June of 2006. It is said to be just one of 108 examples ordered in Imola Red with the Competition Package for the year and was specified without a sunroof, navigation system, power seats, or xenon headlamps. Modifications include an aFe intake system, Bilstein coilovers, a Corsa exhaust, and StopTech big brakes with stainless lines fitted all around. Now showing just over 40k miles on the odometer, this spartan 2006 BMW M3 is being offered at auction by its seller out of Illinois.
The body is finished in Imola Red (405) and features M3-specific fender flares, fascias, side air vents, aerodynamic mirrors, and signature M-Power quad-tip exhaust. The aftermarket red Stoptech brake calipers can be seen behind factory Competition Package 19” Style 127 wheels mounted with Continental ExtremeContact tires from 2020. The seller notes a paint correction and ceramic coating was completed in February of 2022, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior features rare Anthracite “M-Texture” upholstery (F2AT) including M-tricolor Alcantara inserts and Milled-Effect Aluminum trim. The car was ordered without a sunroof or navigation system and features standard manually adjustable seats. The Competition Package equips a thickened Alcantara-wrapped multi-function M-Sport steering wheel along with a matching Anthracite headliner and handbrake lever. Standard features include pop-out quarter windows, a Harman Kardon sound system, automatic climate control, an onboard computer, and auto-dimming mirrors.
The revered 3.2-liter S54 inline-six engine produces up to 333 HP and 269 lb.-ft of torque. Regarded as one of BMW’s greatest engine designs, the S54 features individual throttle bodies, quasi-dry sump lubrication, and double VANOS variable valve timing. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, allowing for acceleration from 0-60 MPH in approximately 5 seconds while reaching an electronically governed top speed of 155 MPH. The Competition Package includes a reduced steering ratio as well as a special M Track Mode. Modifications include an aFe cold air intake, Corsa exhaust system, front and rear Stoptech big brakes with stainless steel lines, and a Bilstein adjustable coilover suspension. The seller reports the vehicle was inspected by Elmhurst BMW of Elmhurst, Illinois in May of 2022 along with a routine oil service.
This sale will include a clean title.

@Typeslice I don't like how BAT operates if you ever deal with them.
I don't need thousands views and comments to sell this particular e46.
You did your research, EAG car doesn't need BAT.
Any reason for pcarmarket over BAT? Also, are you the second owner since EAG sold it?
