Up for auction is this 2005 Porsche 997 Carrera S Coupe finished in GT Silver Metallic over a special-ordered Cocoa Leather interior. Along with its stunning color combination, this C2S is further elevated by a handful of high-quality upgrades that are sure to impress even the most discerning driver. Showing to be in excellent overall condition, this 997 is now being offered out of Jacksonville, FL with 48k miles on the odometer.
The GT Silver Metallic finish is reported to be in excellent condition. The seller notes that a recent application of XPEL PPF covers the front bumper, full hood, front fenders, and rocker panels. Additionally, the entire car has been covered in a ceramic coating to give the next owner peace of mind. Giving this 997 its aggressive stance is an H&R coilover suspension system along with factory 19” Sport-Design wheels which come wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires.
Inside, you will find a Cocoa leather interior that is said to remain in excellent condition. With an MSRP of over $95k, this example was equipped with features such as Adaptive Sport Seats, Sport Chrono Package, Bose high-end sound system, fire extinguisher, 3-spoke multifunction steering wheel, and cocoa floor mats. A few tasteful aesthetic upgrades include: a Pioneer Bluetooth head unit, Rennline aluminum floor boards and perforated pedal set, and Cocoa carbon fiber vinyl wrap on the center console.
This Carrera S is powered by a naturally aspirated 3.8L flat-six engine which is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. 355 HP and 295 lb-ft of torque is sent to the rear wheels making for a claimed 0-60 time of 4.6 seconds and a top speed of 182 MPH. This example boasts a significant boost in performance thanks a few high-quality hand-selected upgrades, including: an AWE titanium complete tuning exhaust system, Revo stage-1 flash tune, and a Werks carbon fiber dual intake system. Said to be up-to-date on all scheduled maintenance, this 997 recently underwent a routine service which included standard fluid and filter changes. Showing approximately 49k miles on the odometer, this 997 is stated to be in excellent running condition.

How far back do your service records go? Happen to have any recent or historical oil analysis? Thanks and GLWA.
@petermimick I have my eye on another project I would like to take on
Hi Bruce? Any particular reason that you are selling it so soon after purchasing it? Thank you.
Hello Bruce. I'm interested in your 997.1. But I have several questions that I hope to ask you about by telephone. The "Contact Seller" function is not working. Are you able to 'PM' me by chance?
Bid in the amount of $7,500
@JBP The IMS Bearing was checked out by Porsche and it will not require it to be replaced. It is in perfect order. Research indicates that in reality less than 2% of the 997.1’s were impacted.
I’ve included a great link for you that helps as well.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly if you wish with further questions by text or phone call. My info is below.
Regards-
Bruce
