Available for auction is this 2004 Audi C5 RS6 finished in Daytona Grey Metallic over an Ebony leather interior. Equipped with a 40-valve twin-turbocharged V8, Quattro four-wheel drive system, Dynamic Ride Control (DRC) suspension system, and 8-piston Brembo brake calipers, the RS6 was Audi’s first RS car to be sold new in the U.S. This example has been tastefully upgraded with Speedtech ECU and TCU tunes, a Miltek dual exhaust system, upgraded anti-roll bars, and more. Now with approximately 105k miles showing on the odometer this RS6 is being offered by its seller out of New York.
The RS6 features unique flared wheel arches, revised bumper covers, a rear lip spoiler, and a revised rear fascia incorporating large twin exhaust tips. This example comes finished in Daytona Grey metallic and shows light scratches on the rear bumper, and rocks chips on the front end. The tail lights feature a smoked tint and all of the glass is covered with a layer of removable Llumar tint. Detailed images can be found in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. 8-piston Brembo calipers sporting “RS” logos hide behind 19” BBS Motorsport wheels which come dressed in a set of Continental Extreme Contact tires.
The Ebony leather cabin is equipped with power adjustable heated front seats, heated rear seats, parking sensors, a premium Bose sound system, a sunroof, dual-zone climate control and a Valentine One radar detector. The cabin remains nicely preserved overall showing normal creasing on the seating surfaces, and the seller confirms that all gauges, lights, and features remain functional.
Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 4.2L V8 DOHC engine with five valves per cylinder. The engine has been upgraded with a Speedtech ECU tune, a full Miltek exhaust system with high-flow catalytic converters, Hyperboost diverter valves, K&N air filters, and is said to produce approximately 577 HP and 686 lb-ft. All four wheels are driven by way of a five-speed ZF automatic transmission which has been enhanced with a Speedtech TCU tune, a Torsen center differential, and a Quattro all-wheel-drive system. Upgraded H-Sport anti-roll bars help to provide flatter, more stable corering. The CARFAX highlights 17 service history records dating back to 2007, and the seller reports that there are no outstanding issues at this time.
This sale will include owners' literature, a spare tire, and a clean title. Don’t miss the chance to own this well cared for and tastefully upgraded example of Audi's first “RS” car to be sold in the U.S.

@PBKING1 no codes. Works as it should.
The timing best service was last done in 2017 at 87k miles.
Surprised it still has it's DRC system functioning properly with this milage? Are there any rattles over bumps or seeping hydraulic fluid from struts or hoses? How about error code 271 for torque converter or temp sensor, especially with TCU tune?
Bid in the amount of $10,000
Does the car come with the stock wheels?
Bid in the amount of $1,500
@Swordfish13 I will check with the guys again. It it needed it they would have been the ones to do it.
@rsabeebe the car has no electronic issues. All systems go. Happy to get under carriage shots but the car has no rust. The performance mods were installed at aprox 60k miles.
@Swordfish13 To add to that it still has the DRC....
@HK_Motorcars -
Having owned 2 of these beasts , they 100% have timing belts and require a replacement every 35k miles !
I can’t imagine the guys at SST told you otherwise as I’ve seen a C5 RS6 at their shop in the past.
Phenomenal cars regardless with a bank vault build you don’t see anymore.
being a NY and CT car, some undercarriage shots would be very helpful.
how long have the performance mods been on the car?
any current mechanical or electrical issues with the car? all electric functions fully functional?
@Dylan_sean why cant you import it?
@Ccoucap these engines are not the same at the s4 motors. They do not need timing belt charges. As per Speed Sport Tuning.
I don’t see any mention of replacing timing belt
Have you had this done?
Wow I would love to own this car but I live in canada.
