Among the first generation of water-cooled 911s, this 2000 Porsche 996 Carrera is powered by a 3.4-liter flat-six engine paired with a desirable 6-speed manual transmission. Showing less than 70k miles on the odometer, this Carrera is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida.
This Coupe comes finished in Guards Red and rides on optional 18” SportDesign wheels dressed in Bridgestone Potenza Sport tires. Details include a speed-activated rear spoiler and black brake calipers with white Porsche lettering. Additionally, the suspension has been lowered and clear side markers have been added. The CARFAX report shows an accident involving the right rear in March 2016, followed by a damage report in October 2016. The cabin presents black partial leather upholstery. Details include red deviated stitching along the seats and a painted center console. @uscarrera correct wheels studs have been added, so much better than factory offering :)
@Sloanstavern no records of IMS / RMS being replaced, but it does have a heavier clutch than stock and revs very quickly. The flywheel may have been changed on it.
Picks up and goes in the direction you point it too.

@Rockster80 Good morning. Unfortunately, the last owner was 80 years old and has passed. We have a copy of the death certificate. The records were not included when we bought the car. However, if you look at the carfax, most of the recent work was done at a reputable local water cooler specialist in central Florida. I will address the leaking windshield wiper if the vehicle meets the reserve.
Overall, we want to present the vehicle as honestly as possible. We preemptively had a PPI done for the listing and have included numerous photos of the undercarriage to showcase that the car is in excellent condition for its age. It certainly could be further refined or just be driven as is. As with any vehicle of this age, things will need to be addressed if the new owner chooses to. However, this car runs solid, looks fantastic, and will make the next owner happy. We’re confident that this one checks the boxes. It’s not a show queen, but you could take your wife to dinner with it or drive it on some back country roads.

I am guessing car has done some track days based on wheel stud replacement and tie down tow plates under car seller any knowledge of any track days? “Not that there is anything wrong with that “

The accident report showing damage on all sections of the car including the roof is interesting the only other time I have seen this type of damage was in a roll over this car looks to nice to have expierence that, seller do you have any additional details on that report?

Also, where any of the little issues, sunk switches or leaking w/w lines resolved from the PPI prior to auction?
