Representing the first generation of water-cooled 911s, this 2000 Porsche 996 Carrera is powered by a 3.4-liter flat-six engine and comes finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over a Graphite Grey partial leather interior. Acquired by its seller from Clair Porsche in Westwood, Massachusetts in 2007, this 6-speed Carrera is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Connecticut while showing approximately 60k miles on the odometer.
This Carrera is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic and rides on optional 18” Turbo-look wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport tires. A layer of clear paint protection film is said to have been installed by the dealer where the car was purchased. The seller notes minor cosmetic blemishes including road rash on the front bumper and imperfections on the hood. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior is upholstered in Graphite Grey partial leather and features 8-way power-adjustable seats with driver’s side memory along with an aftermarket Alpine CDA-9887 radio and aftermarket carbon fiber accents on the steering wheel, shifter, hand brake, gauge cluster, ignition surround, air vent surrounds, center console, door panels, and sills. All gauges and accessories are reported to be working properly.
This 996 is equipped with a 3.4-liter flat-six engine that sends up to 296 HP to the rear wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission. The seller notes the car was serviced at local Porsche shops from 2007 to 2022 and a host of documentation will accompany the sale.
This sale will include a clean title, window sticker, tool kit, spare tire, car cover, sales literature, owner’s manuals, and extensive documentation.
The seller would like you to know: "Thank you for visiting my auction. I have owned the car for about 15 years. The car is always stored and never tracked nor driven in snow or rain. All maintenance is up to date. The car is completely stock with some interior carbon fiber mods."

That tear has been fixed and the perforated Graphite Grey seat and bolster have been replaced (same color and perforation pattern) as the original. He had to replace the bolster on the window side to match the insert better, since it was a bit faded and discolored. The new leather is much better quality and thicker than the original leather, and less prone to any cracking. I have leftover samples that will be included with the sale. I have uploaded a couple of photos of this.

This 996 looks well-loved. If I I'm lucky, I'll add to those years of care and continue documenting the maintenance and service it deserves. Let's see what happens!

Hello and welcome to my auction. The receipt for the IMS bearing states "...M96 Engine Single bearing retrofit". The rear main seal was also replaced at that time (November, 2011). Yes, the Carfax is current. It was ordered last week.
Oooops!
Skip the IMS question ….. just saw the L&N tag in the photos.
I might as well start the IMS thing going.
As a 2000 model, any idea which one the car has; single or double row?
Do you have a current CarFax?
