Finished in Polar Silver Metallic over a Marble Grey interior, this 1995 Porsche 993 Carrera 4 Coupe is factory equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission and optional heated supple leather seats with Porsche crested headrests. It was acquired by the seller from its original owner in 2015 and is now being offered for auction out of Utah while showing just over 3k miles on the odometer.
This 993 is finished in Polar Silver Metallic (L92M) and is distinguishable as an all-wheel-drive Carrera 4 by its silver-finished brake calipers and model lettering on the rear decklid. Equipment includes a speed-activated rear spoiler, a raised “basket handle” third brake light, dual exhaust outlets, integrated fog lights, and 17” Cup 2 alloy wheels with optional colored Porsche crest center caps. The car rides on original Pirelli P7 tires from 1995 and the seller notes some scuffs are present on the bumper covers as well as a small scratch near the driver’s door handle, a small scratch on the hood, two very small nicks on the driver’s door edge, and a scratch on the rear passenger side bumper. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The Marble Grey (PT) interior includes optional heated and 8-way power adjustable supple leather seats with Porsche crest-embossed headrests. Other equipment includes black carpet floor mats with red Porsche logos, automatic air conditioning, power windows and mirrors, cruise control, a central locking system, an electric sunroof, and a sound system with an original Porsche CR-1 cassette stereo.
An air-cooled 3.6-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 272 HP to all four wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission. The seller indicates the car has been maintained with routine oil and fluid changes and a service was recently completed in preparation for the sale.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, an air pump, a battery charger, some service records, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Thank you for your interest in my 1995 Porsche 911 C4 coupe. My husband admired and valued the Porsche. He had a great love for high-performance sports cars. He loved the fine workmanship. I want this car to go to a home that will enjoy and appreciate it as much as we have enjoyed it. I will try to answer any questions as soon as possible. Thanks for checking out our auction.”

Sold for $130,000
$130,000 offer from Anchorage, AK (99501)
Thank you for your kind bids.
However, we are rather firm now at our asking price of $150K.
We're rather certain that this car is worth nearer our asking price than your $110,000 offer price.
We are not 'anxious' to 'dump' the car and we are happy as H to keep this car for the time being, AND for the next few years.
It is, in our humble opinion, better than 'money in the bank'.
Best wishes, and we're sure that you'll find a nice 993 coupe that 'fits' into your budget in the $110,000 range.
Best wishes...

of mileage or the car is not safe to drive
Bid in the amount of $106,243
When we bought the Porsche, my husband was declining because of his RA. He felt guilty because he couldn’t drive it enough. He would want it to go to someone who will love it and drive.
beautiful car ! amazing it has so few miles. a car like this needs to be driven.
@Masiflyinghigh Thanks very much.
@boslough Yes, my husband was the 2nd owner and i am now the 3rd owner, technically speaking.
We maybe should have said that 'this car is a 2 FAMILY car'. Thank you for helping to make this more clear.
I will have our service records posted no later than wednesday morning.
When my husband bought this car in 2015, it had only 950 miles on the odometer. There is a few notes in the CarFax report that show some of the service activity done by the 1st owner, from 1995 thru 2015, but i do not have 'hard copies' of those records.
Thank you
Hi, I was looking for the service records posting. Have you done this? Also, Was your husband the 2nd owner and you are the third owner?
Thank you.
@Craiguf hi craig, yes absolutely
I sent you a direct message
Thank you

@chillen We have an amatuer 'cell phone' drive video from inside the car looking out over the hood, BUT it is poor quality and grainy as it was an impromptu video taken by my friend on his way to the mechanic 3 weeks ago.
Its raining here now, but we will try to get a GOOD 'drive by' video posted soon. Thank you.
NOTE TO BUYER:
all 4 tires on this car are FACTORY ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT 1995 dated, Pirelli P7 Asimetrico radials.
These tires are OLD.
these tires have small cracks in the tread areas from AGE ONLY.
THIS CAR should not be driven at freeway speeds without a NEW SET of tires being purchased and installed!
But these tires look great for car shows, concourse events, and 'bragging rights"!
My friend drove the car 50 miles total, to and from the mecanic's shop, just 3 weeks ago.
He enjoyed the car and the drive so much that he almost didn't bring it back to me! 🌝 joking. Sort of...
He said that the car performed as if it is a 'new car'. This car:
Starts GREAT
Runs GREAT
Oil temp normal, even on 90° day
Shifts, clutches GREAT
Sounds GREAT
All switches, guages, windows, seats, sunroof, rear spoiler performed flawlessly!
Yes, the local independant Porsche service shop performed the ealier mentioned services.
He was asked to visually inspect the car similar to 'pre purchase' inspection and found:
No leaks
No mechanical deficiencies other than (2) hood strut supports and (2) engine cover strut supports, all 4 of which he replaced (with Porsche factory parts).
Mileage exempt reading on CarFax
1st owner,(a good friend of ours) was given this car in 1995, as a gift from his son.
His health soon made it too difficult for him to enjoy driving as he had difficulty getting in and out of the car due to the low height of the car.
My husband drove the car occasionally, but did not want to 'rack up' miles unneccessarily. Unfortunately, he too became less agile, and did not drive the car often.
I have driven this car twice. And honestly, now because of its condition and increasing value, i have decided to sell the car.
The State of Utah does not require an odometer reading upon transfer / registration of any vehicles after 10 years.
From Utah DMV Code:
"Are there any exceptions to the odometer mileage disclosure statement rule?
Odometer mileage disclosure statements do not need to be given for vehicles having a gross vehicle weight rating of 16,000 pounds or more, vehicles 10 years old or older, or vehicles sold directly by the manufacturer to any agency of the United States Government (41-1a-902)."
Hi, there are a few service records, the most recent being 3 weeks ago, including:
Engine oil / filter change
Transmission oil change
Brake system flush and fill
2 new hood struts
2 new deck lid struts
We will post these asap
Thank you for your interest!
No mileage reported on Carfax report, service, inspections or purchase? Last purchase states mileage exemption?
Can you post all the service records?
Thanks, car looks great!
Bid in the amount of $75,000
With virtually no miles, has he car been checked for running condition, seals and other items that require running to remain healthy.
Car looks great. It would be helpful if you posted a drive video and all service records/receipts. Thx
