Marking the end of a production run that began in 1971, this 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560SL represents the final model year of the R107 generation and was the range-topping SL-Class offered in North America. This example is finished in Arctic White over a Grey leather interior and is powered by a 5.6-liter V8 engine. Originally delivered in Georgia, this 560SL is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York showing just over 29k miles on the odometer.
This SL is finished in Arctic White (735) with a matching removable hardtop and power-retractable soft top. Standard equipment includes chrome bumpers, mirrors, and body moldings, as well as a front air dam, fog lights, an automatic antenna, a dual-tipped muffler, and silver 15” Gullideckel alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin Defender tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is upholstered in Grey leather (278) and features matching carpets, a black upper dashboard, and a wood-trimmed center console. Appointments include a black four-spoke steering wheel, power windows, air conditioning, floor mats, an analog clock, a locking glovebox, an outside temperature indicator, a folding front armrest, and an aftermarket Sony Bluetooth radio. Minimal wear is noted, and all gauges and accessories are said to be fully functional with no warning lights present.
Powered by a fuel-injected 5.6-liter V8 SOHC engine, the 560SL sends up to 227 HP and 287 lb.-ft of torque to its rear wheels by way of a 4-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. Braking is handled by power-assisted discs at each corner, and additional equipment includes power steering, double-wishbone front suspension, a diagonal swing axle in the rear, and front & rear stabilizer bars.
This sale will include a window sticker, a toolkit, a spare tire, a hard top & corresponding stand, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “I have had this car for several years now. It has been babied since day one, but now it is time to say goodbye. Whoever buys this car, will be looking forward to years of hassle-free enjoyment.”

Thank you for viewing my car. It should be noted that I have owned this car since 2014. First in Southampton, NY.
I then registered the car to my company in Montana, but never actually sent it out there, so re registered it back in NY.
Long story short, I am either the 3rd or 4th owner. Not sure which
