A model exclusive to markets outside the United States at the time (RoW), this Porsche 911 Turbo was reportedly delivered new to its original owner, Mike Lindsay of Lindsay Racing, in Oklahoma. Under his ownership, the example was subjected to a Cabriolet conversion including Slant Nose fenders and OEM parts from Einmalig LTD along with an upgraded K27 turbocharger, Kokeln Racing intercooler, and a Billy Boat exhaust. This incredibly unique 930 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Oklahoma.
This Turbo was initially delivered in a factory-specified shade of blue and has since been refinished in the current red color. It was reportedly converted to a Slant Nose Cabriolet shortly after arriving in the United States by the experts at Lindsey Racing. The seller states that Einmalig LTD purchased all OEM parts to carry out the conversion, aside from the aftermarket steel slant nose fenders. The seller adds that high-quality lead body filler was used during the construction as opposed to Bondo. It rides on chrome 3-piece Lindsey Racing P2-style wheels dressed in Toyo Proxes R-1r tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin features black leather upholstery including power-adjustable front sport seats. The leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation. Equipment includes air conditioning, a Pioneer Bluetooth stereo, power windows, and 930-branded floor mats.
The turbocharged and intercooled 3.3-liter flat-six engine was originally rated at 300 HP and drives the rear wheels by way of a 4-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The transmission has reportedly been modified with shorter gear ratios and the seller adds that a Kokeln Racing intercooler, a K27 turbocharger, a Billy Boat custom exhaust system, and 911 SC camshafts have been fitted. The suspension is said to have been modified with Kokeln sway bars and torsion bars. Stopping power is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs.
This sale will include a clean title.
The seller wants you to know: "This car is not the typical collector's car. It lacks documentation mainly because it was run through Mike Lindsay’s body shop that he owned at the time. The color change was done extremely well. The floor pans, all of the bracing under the carpet in the trunk and behind all panels were painted to make the job as well done as possible. It boasts extreme quality craftsmanship. It is mechanically rock solid all around. I have lovingly driven this example for almost 700 miles, and it drives awesome every single time."

@ParamountAutomotive The vin plates aren’t present in the door jam. They’re stamped on the cross member under the trunk carpet and on the plate in the trunk on the inside of the right fender. I can supply pictures if you’d like
