This example comes finished in white over black upholstery and features 16” Fuchs alloy wheels, a black convertible soft top, a Blaupunkt Monterey stereo, power windows, and more. Previously cared for by an owner of approximately 30 years, this Canadian-market example was acquired by the seller in 2021 and imported to New York. As previously listed on PCARMARKET, this 911SC is now being offered for auction with approximately 147k kilometers or 92k miles showing on the odometer

This 911SC comes finished in white with a black cabriolet soft top. Exterior features include front fog lights, front and rear impact bumpers, body-colored headlight rings, a chrome fender-mount antenna, and 16” Fuchs wheels wrapped in Toyo Versado Noir tires. The seller notes some paint imperfections and rock chips. Additionally, the car is said to have been recently detailed followed by the application of a light ceramic coating. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The cabin presents black leather upholstery with a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and Carrera-scripted carpeting. Equipment includes a leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel, climate controls, power windows, and a Blaupunkt Monterey SQR 23 head unit. All gauges and accessories are reported to be in working order.

Power comes from an air-cooled 3.0-liter flat-six engine generating up to 180 HP. The rear wheels are driven through a 5-speed manual 915 transmission. The seller adds that the car was previously maintained by the experts at Milos European Car Specialist in Vancouver, who rebuilt the engine at 121k kilometers. A host of maintenance records will accompany the sale.

This sale will include a clean title.

    What maintenance issues would I need to address to see the car up to perfect running order for a long tour?

    Thanks again,

    David

    @Havenhearth I can definitely confirm, that car was never driven on salty rods. Having lots of experience in metal work on porsche cars I can tell that If this car was used in a winter typical spots where rust creeps up over the years would be visible. Rear lower section on rocker panel where it meets with doors on both sides are perfect.
    Wheel well arches had lots of road debris, that was cleaned. We didn't find any signs of rust anywhere.
    Areas below rear torsion bars are perfect. Last few years that car spent outside NYC it was always stored indoors and occasionally driven over the weekends.

  • Havenhearth (registered bidder) 4 days, 4 hoursago

    How much was this car driven in the snow, rain and / or salty roads?

    Given the mileage, I assume it was a daily driver for much, if not all of its life.

    Thanks for any answers you can provide.

    David

    @robdsaunders Hi. No worries. Paint overall is good condition. Yes there few small chips and nicks around the body, paint was lightly wet sanded and polished with ceramic based compounds and glazed.
    Finish is very nice

    @ClassicrescueCW Apologies if my question came across badly, just looking to understand the condition of the car, specifically was this work done recently for the sale? Any other areas similarly touched up? Thanks

  • ClassicrescueCW (seller) 5 days, 10 hoursago

    @robdsaunders Hello . Car has over 90k on the chassis . Paint appears to be original everywhere except the hood. Please see additional pictures with meter. Anyone who owned SC car with big alloy square bumpers will confirm that face of the bumper always gets tons of stone chips. When you stand in front of the car they are not as visible as You can see on the low angle picture.
    This car was driven most of it life , it's clean , presentable . Some chips and nicks in are present in paint work. NO corrosion.

    @JP61
    Hello I will work on it.
    Please give me few days. Looking at the car and performing some work on the it I can
    tell that front fenders were never removed from the car. Hood looks like it was resprayed at some point. Other then that look all original. If there was any paint work done it was strictly cosmetic touch up work.

  • JP61 (registered bidder) 1 week, 1 dayago

    @seller
    Would you make a paint thickness test..

  • Funracer (registered bidder) 1 week, 2 daysago

    I have this car. Cab year same colors and mileage. It’s an extremely engaging car to drive. Your cold start video is perfect. Someone may have added the extra brake light. Amazing car in so many ways. This one looks original and looked after. GLWTS
